I got a rhinoplasty a month ago and there is a huge indention in the nostril base on the left side. It makes my profile from the left look much worse than the right... Even if the doctor 'smooths it out,' how will this raise the indention? He almost gets offended when I ask about it. Has anyone ever seen this? I completely did not expect this. Trent
Though it is difficult to tell from your photos and without knowing the intraoperative details of your surgeon, it appears that the indentation you are seeing is a result of scarring from an open rhinoplasty. Your nose and scars will continue to change and improve a significant amount over the next year, thus it is too early for any type of revisionary or corrective procedures. If, however, after a year you are still unsatisfied, you may consider scar revision, dermal fillers, or even micro fat grafting to fill out the indentation. In the meantime, relax and try to be patient.

I had Rhinoplasty done four months ago, and I feel that the end or tip of my nose from profile view looks a little round. Also, there are two lines on each side of my nostrils that don't look too great. I'm more concerned about the rounded tip, though. I'm thinking about having another Rhinoplasty done, as I've heard most of the swelling has gone down by now and the final shape will be set. Could someone please give me some advice on how my nose looks and if I should go through another surgery?
At four months following rhinoplasty, you still have a considerable amount of swelling in your nose, particularly the nasal tip. It will take up to a year or more for the swelling to resolve, and you will continue to see small refinements in your nose for up to two years.
Despite that, I think you have a very nice result on your profile picture, particularly for being only four months out. If for some reason you are still unhappy with your results, most rhinoplasty surgeons would only consider doing a revision rhinoplasty after one to two years.
Try to be patient and enjoy your new appearance in the mean time.

Can I travel by air to Colorado on Nov 23rd? What can I expect
In my expert opinion you will not have to be concerned about flying 3 weeks after nasal and breast surgery. You should ask your doctor for his/her opinion.
Thanks
