I Got Restylane Under my Eyes but Want More, How Long Should I Wait Before I Get More?
Give yourself several days to make sure that any swelling (if any occurred) has resolved. This will allow you to better determine where and how much filler you want injected.
I had Restylane injected on the lines between eye and cheeck 3 days ago. The other side went ok,but on the other side a hole appeared to skin surface. Injector put more filler, but the hole got deeper. It looks really ugly. Injector told me to wait 2 weeks to see if the skin gets normal. I feel Restylane bump under skin, but it never "rose up". I'm really worried, I feel it has not got any smaller. Should I wait or go to see a doctor? Is this normal? There is more filler on that side also.
It is difficult to tell what this hole is due to. The needle used for injecting is small and it is unlikely that this would not have healed. I would recommend seeing the person who injected the filler so they can get a better assessment. Good luck.
I had restylane injected in my upper lip 5 months ago, I can feel lumps on the inside of my lip, one small visible one where the needle went in in the middle and an irregular appearance above my lipline. I went to a new surgeon to look at it, and he said there was no product left in there and that it could be scar tissue from bad technique. How can I get back to my pre restylane state, I wasn't to concerned about it, because i thought once the material absorbed it would go away...
If you are unhappy with the restylane, then you can have your plastic surgeon inject hyaluronidase in the areas where you are feeling lumps to dissolve it.
