Is It Good to Gain Weight Before a BBL?

I am 5'4 about and weight 150 pounds should i gain or lose weight? Should i stop working out? My bbl is in March 26

A: Gaining weight prior to BBL

I highly recommend my patient to gain weight and to maintain weight at about 20-25 lbs above their ideal weight. This gives the surgeon enough fat to make a drastic change in one's body type. Definitely consult with your surgeon but that is my suggestion.

How Natural Can Implants Really Look on a Woman with AA Breasts?

I am a 29 year old woman with no children and have been thinking of having BA for a very long time. I have extremely small breasts (not being dramatic, its just a fact) and am concerned that if I look to my desired size (B-C) from my current size (AA) that the results will not look natural. What type of implant will result in the most natural, and un-basketball-y, result. I'd like my breasts to look like breasts and not coconuts :).

A: Natural looking breast augmentation in a woman with a very small breasts

It is definitely possible to obtain a natural looking breast augmentation with your very small AA breasts, specially if you want to be a B or small C cup size. The following are important factor that you should consider: 1- Select a board certified plastic surgeon with years of experience (more years in practice=more breast surgeries=more experience). 2-Submuscular placement of the implants. 3-Silicon implants. 4-Proper selection of the volume, shape and profile of the implants according to your anatomy. 5- Symmetrical and adequate dissection of the pocket for the implants. I also recommend that you read my blog "Breast augmentation consult" on my website " before consulting your plastic surgeon.

Is 1250 Cc's of Fat (Per Butt Cheek) Achievable for Someone Who's 5'2.5" and Weighs 150lbs??

I prefer as much volume as possible for my brazilian butt lift!I've done a lot of comparing of different amounts of fat injected into the buttock. I'd like to know if the amount I am asking for is possible for me! Also I'm a 34D bra size and I'm hoping for an even bigger bottom. Any advice??

A: 1250 cc per side with BBL

The amount of fat depends on two things. First and foremost how easily accesible are your fat deposits and secondly how much can actually fit within your buttcoks. Both are equally important as too much fat in your buttock might cause high compression and create a higher fat death rate than normal. That is where teh surgeon's experience comes in. Accessing fat is rather easy if you have good lipo technique. Be sure to be realistic in what you're looking for. best of luck.
