The care and attention you receive on surgery day at Ocala Plastic Surgery's Surgical Facility is amazing unlike the treatment one receives at local hospitals. I did my homework when I decided on getting the surgery.I spoke to many people who had or knew of women that had plastic surgery procedures and Dr Nijhers name came up quite often. I gathered as much information as possible, went in with my questions. I never had a chance to ask any of them because they were all answered during my consultation and pre-op. Highly recommend Dr Nijher, staff and his facility.

Dr. Nijher and his staff are wonderful. I have several friends who have had procedures done by him and highly recommended him. After going to a couple consults with other surgeons to be sure I did my homework, Dr. Nijher, his bedside manner, down to earth personality, friendliness and expertise convinced my to go with him. I knew I wanted a tummy tuck and breast implants for many years. I had implants placed in 2006 by a different local plastic surgeon. I have to say that my experience with that office and with Dr. Nijher were very different. Dr. Nijher, his nurse Arlene and all of their staff are warm, personable and just wonderful. I was very unhappy with my abdomen and my breasts after having 3 children so I went for a mommy make-over. At my pre-op appointment everything was explained and Dr. Nijher told me exactly what he could do for me. I scheduled surgery for 3 weeks later... Dr. Nijher called and checked on me every day to see how I was doing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. If you are considering any kind of plastic surgery, go see Dr. Nijher, you will not be disappointed!!!

My good friend had a similar surgery done by Dr. Nijher and highly recommended him to me. I am pleased to give Dr. Nijher and his staff Excellent ratings. Dr. Nijher of Ocala Plastic Surgery gave me the exact results I wanted. The facelift surgery was very easy with no complications and no pain. I was particularly concerned with jowls and a sagging neckline (turkey neck) which are completely gone. I highly recommend Dr. Nijher and his staff. In fact, I returned for a nose job and again had a wonderful experience with a great surgery, no pain, excellent aftercare and quick recovery. Dr. Nijher is remarkable and his staff is very kind and highly skilled.

I did a lot of research on plastic surgeons plus went to Dr. Nijher's seminar and spoke to actual patients. After weighing all my options i felt I would be in the best hands with Dr. Nijher and have no regrets three years later. I love my facelift and would do it again in a heartbeat. Dr. Nijher exudes confidence. Excellent credential, Board Certified. His staff is amazing, so professional yet caring beyond belief. My Dermotologist said he had never seen a better facelift, so natural looking you would never guess I had it done. I wanted to look as young as I feel and now I do! People have a hard time believing that I am Medicare age, they have to ask if I am on Medicare and I am 69. I have never felt better about myself and my husband thinks I'm pretty hot!!! Trust in Dr, Nijher, he is the BEST!

Consultation was GREAT! Lots of time and Dr Nijher told me everything I wanted to hear and he's definitely very nice. Unfortunately, things changed after the money exchange. The visits were fast, staff was rude and he thought his work was good and I didn't look anything like I had wanted. I was then told that my ribcage is "rounded". Well, your the doctor wouldn't you alter your surgery plan to account for that based on the results the patient wanted? I was then told to wait 1 year...which is forever when you are unhappy with your results. Ended up going to a revision specialist who fixed me up....I now look like the pics of what I wanted. I was told by the revision specalist that I was very over dissected!!! I would never go back to Dr Nijher or this group. My advice is to look at the before/after pics don't listen to what he says he can do! Also, received horrible customer service when I called and in the office. Again, pay attention to the work that the doctor has completed, you are the one allowing this person to permanently alter your body.

Dr. Nihjer has a wonderful bedside manner. He makes one feel very comfortable, and answers all questions quickly. When I left his office after my consultation , I felt very confident that I had picked the right doctor for my surgery. He and his office called me at my home after surgery to see how I was doing. This gave me a good feeling. Not knowing what to expect during my recovery time, I was reassured at the aftercare follow-up that things were proceeding normally. His time spent with me was unhurried. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nijher and his excellent staff. From the presurgery consultation through post surgery office visits, they were with you every step of the way. Dr. Nijher is very warm, personable, and understanding. Besides making me feel comfortable, his answers to my questions gave me the assurance that I needed. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted to do about my face and neck. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nijher. I highly recommend him and his staff. And my friends are still commenting on my great facelift!

I had my surgery done by Dr. Nijher in Ocala Fl. I have personally have had two different surgeries done by him and I can say the same about both experiences. His staff is very friendly, very informative, very professional. The office is very clean and has a nice feeling. I love Dr. Nijher, he always makes me feel very comfortable and his work is outstanding! I am so happy that I chose him and I will always choose him in the future! His surgical work is superior to all others I have seen. I have done a lot of research on the two surgeries that I have had and I knew what to expect as a result but he did a better job than what I expected! Dr. Nijhers nurses were so informative that I really was well prepared. There isn't anything that I think that they should have told me and didn't. My recovery was great, no problems at all. Would I do it again? Heck ya! I have recommended many of my friends and family to him and they have had same great experiences.
