Being a 57 year old woman, & this not being my first experience w/cosmetic procedures, I am extremely selective when choosing a surgeon. Dr. H's expertise, together w/a fantastic staff, gave me an A+ result. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Dr. Hasen to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. I am fortunate to live in the Naples, FL area, but would, without hesitation, travel from any area to have any future procedures performed by Dr. H.

Dr. H and his staff are truly great people! After meeting another Dr. who I felt fluffed off my concerns, I did not have high hopes for another Dr. I am so glad I kept my appt. Very discreet, professional, and they listen! Dr. H really tries to get in your head so he really can give you what you want. I never felt as if I was part of an assembly line of patients being seen! Truly if you are near Naples, give this Dr. and his team a chance. You won't regret it.

Unfortunately, I have undergone several procedures due to complications with other practices. In addition to having these procedures I also interviewed several other surgeons and found Dr. Hasen to be very knowledgable and creative in his way of thinking. I had a wonderful/successful experience with Dr. Hasen. I had previously undergone four breast augmentations all in which resulted in capsular contracture. Dr. Hasen took some amazing preventative steps and some post surgery steps to ensure a positive outcome. To-date it has proven to be a success!!!! Thank you Dr. Hasen P.S. I have also had other procedures done in his office and have been extremelty satisfied. Dr. Hasen and his staff are fantastic - very knowledgable but at the same time personable!

As a nurse who has spent a long career in the operating room assisting in all types of surgery, including facial procedures, I had tough criteria when selecting a plastic surgeon to freshen my appearance after significant aging and sun damage. Following much research and consideration, I selected Dr. Kent Hasen, and I’m not only pleased with, but am actually ecstatic over, my results. First of all, he and his office staff bent over backward to accommodate a difficult scheduling issue I had. During the initial consultation, Dr. Hasen not only painstakingly evaluated my skin and underlying facial structure, but REALLY listened to my concerns and goals; I know this because instead of simply scheduling the higher priced popular procedure I initially requested, he pointed out that it would not adequately address my stated goals (and why), and that a different procedure I had not even considered would better accomplish what I wanted. He presented pros and cons of both procedures under discussion (as well as several others about which I inquired), spending as much time as I needed for questions and viewing photos, to ensure that I was well informed before I made any decisions. (Impressively, the photos were not the typical two “before and after” shots. They reveal actual patient recoveries from Day 1 on, so there are no surprises.) The staff then gave me a tour of the operating room and recovery room (on site), which easily surpassed the OR and Ambulatory Surgery Center standards to which I am accustomed as a nurse. Dr. Hasen and his staff were (although I don’t usually use gushy words) nothing short of incredible throughout the pre-op period, the procedure itself, and the post-op and recovery periods. The office staff members are extremely proficient, work together well (and seem to genuinely enjoy being there), are very encouraging, and provide a caring and positive environment. Most importantly, the results of the procedure are even better than I could have possibly imagined, and I am extremely grateful for Dr. Hasen’s honest input during my decision-making process. The damage from the sun and aging is gone, my skin is amazing, and my confidence has been greatly boosted. I’m having fun buying makeup again, something I had generally abandoned these past few years. Five stars to Dr. Hasen and his staff!

He caused me a lot of damage both financially and physically. I would NOT recommend this Dr. I have since had to go to another Dr. to try to fix the damage. He has improved the appearance but could not fix.

Dr. H and his staff were great! It is comforting to know that his staff trusts him to perform procedures on them and they are able to relate and share their experiences with you. I was horrified to go under anesthesia but the CRNA was very professional and made me feel at ease. I also liked that Dr. H calls you the night of your surgery to check in on you, he was also extremely prompt in calling me back when I had questions. Dr. H has made me look very proportional and I couldn't be happier with the results!
