Is It Good to Gain Weight Before a BBL?

I am 5'4 about and weight 150 pounds should i gain or lose weight? Should i stop working out? My bbl is in March 26

A: Gaining weight prior to BBL

I highly recommend my patient to gain weight and to maintain weight at about 20-25 lbs above their ideal weight. This gives the surgeon enough fat to make a drastic change in one's body type. Definitely consult with your surgeon but that is my suggestion.

I Want to Get Smartlipo Triplex but Prefer General Anesthetic Instead of Local, Can I?

I have high blood pressure when I get nervous so im going to get really nervous with local anesthetic, can I tell the dr. to perform the smartlipo triplex on my tummy and double chin with general anesthetic instead, so I can be fully asleep and not feel any stabbing pains? Because I heard you even feel pain when theyre injecting you the local on all areas.

A: Smart Laser Liposuction Anesthesia Choices

There are always different anesthesia options and it depends on your needs and the surgeon's comfort.  If you would like the procedure performed under general anesthesia then you should tell your Plastic Surgeon.  As long as you are medically cleared, your surgeon should be able to offer this choice.  You should be prepared to pay an additional fee for the anesthesiologist.

Will Aggressive Lipo Fix my Bulge? (photo)

I'm 7mpo a tummy tuck and muscle repair. Before my TT I asked my PS if I should lose weight. He said it wasn't neccessary. Here I am now with this large bulge.I can still feel that my MR is intact. And my PS said there is no need to do more tightening. I'm scheduled for aggressive ab lipo. Will lipo fix my bulge? Was I an ideal candidate for a tummy tuck? I want my stomach to look like my sucking in photo. Will an extended tummy tuck revision help me get to my goal? I'm 5'3, 160lbs, if that helps.

A: Liposuction after tummy tuck

There is no doubt that liposuction will improve the contour and reduce the bulge to some extent.  I don't think you will be able to acheive full reduction of the buldge to the level seen in the "sucking in" photo.    I do appreciate a right sided "dog ear" at the edge of your scar.  This will likely improve with liposuction of that area as well but may be additionally improved with a slight extension of your scar and direct excision of the underlying fat.
