Hello: I had a primary breast augmentation in July - 500cc smooth silicone under the muscle through the areola. Developed capsular contracture in my left breast and my right has dropped below the point where I liked it. I am also attaching a picture from before anything was done to me. I want both my breasts to look like my right did at 2 months after the surgery (refer to picture). Any way to achieve that without doing a lift? Why did the right drop so much if it wasn't droopy before? Thanks!
This is not uncommon.Remember once you put a 500 cc implant in that is a big breast and skin will stretch out no matter what.If the skin is sun damaged and has stretch marks even more so.I mwould support your breats with a bra and maybe your surgeon could raise your inframammary fold soemwhat but I would not re3commend a lift.

STATS: Bra Size-32DDD,(R)350cc's(L)400cc's Mod+ unders. SEEKING: Stronger lift w/ less loose skin, firmer, perkier, & more upper pole fullness. Ultimate wish would be for breast not to drape too excessively over the crease(hey, a girl can dream!). Which lift would afford me most of my wishlist? CC & Profile suggestion? Are examples achievable for me?
I think that you have a rather large implant which will only stretch out your breasts and make them sag more long term.I just read an article where a plastic surgeon compared thousands of differentlift/breast reduction techniques to see which ones gave "perky" breasts and the answer was NONE.I think you may tighten them upo with a small lollipop lift but I would also put in smaller implamts.
Stats: Donut lift, 350cc(R),400(L)silicone unders. Was adamant in stating I wanted perky breasts not larger & saggier breasts. Expressed concerns about(R)breast being lower & gave ok for more aggressive lift. PS opted for donut. Have stated dissatisfaction & PS recommends internal bra w/ larger implant. Not convinced this will give me more perky & youthful breasts. (R) breast is now my special "utility breast" as it sags on my upper ribs. Vertical lift the way to go? Vertical w/ saline overfill?
I think your breasts are big and to add more volume will only make them sag more.even if you did a vertical lift,because of their size it won't last long.Ithink a lift means more scars and the smaller your breasts are when you do it the longer it will last.
