Breast Explantation While Pregnant?

Can a breast explantation surgery be safely performed while pregnant? I have subglandular saline. I've heard its an easy procedure, and can even be done under "twilight" anesthesia.

A: removing implants while pregnant

This can be done under local with minimal discomfort. We always try to keep the drugs to a minimum. This would be a decision made between you, your ob doctor and your plastic surgeon.

Areolas Are Caving Under After Removing Breast Implants, Is This Permanent?

I am 4 weeks post-explant after dealing with constant capsular contracture for 11 years. I am slowly healing but continue to deal with the areola pulling in and under where the incision was made (more significant on the left). Will this heal over time or is it a permanent situation?

A: caving nipples

From your photos this mat improve as time goes on.You may need a slight revision or perhaps soem of your own fat or other tissue may need to be added later to fill the depression but this should not be a problem.

Breasts Implant Removal After 5 Weeks; What to Expect During Recovery.

I am 40 years old and 110lbs, 5ft. 2in., and athletic. I was a 34 A/B and had 350cc silicone implants in for 5 weeks and 2 days. I very happily had them removed with no drains. What kind of recovery am I looking at? Will my muscles go back to normal? My skin is stretched, but will they go back to normal? Are there certain exercises or creams that I can use to help the breast go back to the way they were? How much time before I can do push ups again? Any help is much appreciated.

A: back to normal

You should pretty much go back to the way you were since you only had them in there for 5 weeks which is surprising whjy you would want them out.I would avoid any strenuous exercise for a couple of weeks.
