Amazing Experience with Dr. Salama - Aventura, FL

Well, after a ton of research, Dr. Salama was exactly the right choice. He is extremely professional and the absolute best for the job. My only regret is that I hadn't done it sooner. I actually wish I could give him more stars. Dr. Salama (and his staff) exceeded all of my expectations. I did a ton of research and went to a Seattle doctor to get an in-face consultation and alternate opinion. Dr. Salama wins, hands down. I understand why so many gals come from so far away to have the best doctor perform this surgery. From beginning to now (2 weeks post-op) he has been honest about the expected outcome on someone at my age and body style (51 year old skinny white girl) and very professional in every way. His staff is well trained, experienced, helpful and patient. I traveled to Florida from Washington State to have this done and I have no complaints and no regrets. I was worried he wouldn't be able to find enough fat to make it worth it. Once again, he exceeded my expectations and somehow found 1100cc for each side! Even if only half of this sticks around I will be thrilled. I could go on forever.....I am that pleased...

Dr. Salama is very busy, but very compassionate and friendly. He doesn't rush you and lets you ask all the questions and raise all concerns you have. It's hard to make that guy chuckle though. He's very serious, but focused, which is a great thing. I'm very please with my choice. His staff is awesome too. I swear they will move mountains for you if you need them to :-)

i rate this doctor a+. i had the procedure fat transfer to buttocks for the 2nd time and this time dr. salama did the right job. he took enough fat in the proper places which should have been taken out of me from my previous doctor i used in massachusetts. dr. salama has a lot more experience with these procedures of the fat transfer to buttocks than they do in morth america. he performs them more often and knows where and how to place the fat. i am on my 3rd week out and i am also getting lythatic massages which my previous doctor did not have do. i already see the results and feel much better. i would get more done with dr. salama in the future and i would look no where else. i also with recommend dr.moises salama to anyone looking to improve themselves.

3 stars were given for time spent with me because I really only seen doctor at my consultation and right before surgery. Phone and email received 3 stars because there were many times I asked doctor to return my call,and I received none. I blame front desk employees for not giving doctor my callback messages. There is too many people in the front office and at times it was like the right hand didnt know what the left was doing.

Dr. Salama is by far one of the best BBL doctor & all his staffs at ELITE PLASTIC SURGERY, (Ruben, Nomie, the anesthesiologist & nurses & Celia, the massage therapist) are all superb!!! Dr. Salama has great bed side manner & does not rush his patients. He's got great aesthetic ability & a true artist. I highly recommend him to all especially to those smaller patients wishing to have a big beautiful booty.

Staff was great and Dr. S gave me what I wanted! Before he did my surgery I told what I wanted to look like in details. Told him that wanted to clear the air and make sure we were both on the same page. I even asked him what was the most that he injected into each cheek he said 1300cc and I told him that is what I want and some more. He laughed in I replied I'm dead serious. I told him I don't want people guessing that knows me nor wounder I want my friend.s and others know I got an ass now!

Wow is definitely the word.The staff of the elite plastic surgery was great. Noami was such a great and helpful person through out it all. The assistance in this office was stupendous. Rueben Salama was also very accommodating and reassuring of any questions and concerns, same as Noami. If there was anything you have to ask, they are always willing to answer them. Dr.Salama was very professional, and wanting to as well express your needs and concerns. He lets you know everything about the procedure, and the risks as well as the benefits. He did an AMAZING job and I am so lucky ,blessed and thankful to have such a great doctor who is so good at what he does. They never make you feel like you are out of the loop because they are always letting you know everything in advance or wanting to know if you have anything else to ask.And Larry the driver is awesome and very helpful and soo nice and kind!hes great and always willing to help when you need it!i hope to recover and only get better along the way!

Love Dr. Salama he is AWSOME!! Not as just a Dr. but also as a person. Everyone in his staff from the front desk to the back office including everyone at the surgery center were very nice... BIG shout out too the anesthesiologist, not only was he easy on the eyes he was also one of the few people who can keep up with my witty personality that made for some interesting conversations. As far as the 2 star wait time i belive it was caused from complications during the surgery scheduled before mine. Also my follow up appt. ran behind, however thats to be expeced at times when ur seeing one of the best surgeons on the PLANET :)
Okay girls, round 3 is scheduled for October 2013.

Dr Salama and staff have been great so glad I chose him. He is very realistic and friendly so is Ruben and all the other staff. I also appreciated how the payment process went I payed out of pocket and they did not ever call me about payments or stress me out which was nice. I would pick Salama and his team a million times over.

- Don't say my name. Discretion is a must, thats why my heads chopped off of my photos. - Salama is THEE BOMB! Even with me having a nervous breakdown about my butt being too big, he still maintains his sense of humor. When I saw him after, he said, "So are you still freaking out?" LOL. Anyway, I am good now. He inserted 1100ccs which I was only expected 600-700 (I didn't tell him this) so to counter it he gave me a smaller garment that actually compressed the butt. WORKED LIKE A CHARM! I love my ASS! It has not shrunk at all since Day 8 post-op when I put on the smaller garment, its only gotten softer and my body is shaped just like it is with the garment on! Kinda cool! If I hadn't compressed it, I am sure it would have shrunk more. To the point! SALAMA and his staff are GREAT! I am accustomed to 5 star arrangements, so I would say they are 3.5-4star far as setting, etc. However his work is that of 5 star and my advice is to BOOK SOON with him. I expect him to be one of the most expensive BBL surgeons in the country VERY SOON. I saw at least 5 ladies in there who had recently undergone surgery recently and I think he will only get more popular. He can only do so much, so simple economics says his price will go up!

I feel like I made the best decision choosing Dr Salama, he was very informative and I was very pleased with his honesty, input and professionalism. He asked me what I wanted and helped me set realistic goal for myself. He wasn't brief, he took his time and answered all of my questions ( I had to ask 'am I getting on ya nerves') but he was very polite and said 'no' he's very down to earth and that's what made my experience fun!!! He has the "BEST" staff his brother Ruben is super cool and he loves his job they have a great team. Nomie and Jennifer are beautiful and very concerned and answer all your questions in a timely manner. Even the massage therapist Eilyn is wonderful I love her so much :) And Larry (a nice little old man who gets the job done) I would def recommend this Dr to everyone. Also Ruben made the payment process 'cool beans' and I didn't have to worry :) I def made the right decision..Thank God!!!

I rated Dr. Salama excellent!!! I should have gotten 1300 ccs instead of 1200, my fault. Make sure you ladies explain to him (prior to going in for surgery) exactly what you want and he will give you the dream body you asked for. Great results is what I feel he has given me and I absolutely love, love, love. And I would do it all over again.

Doctor barely spent anytime with me. The most through my trip was 10 minutes. He was nice though. Answered any questions I had. Nomie and Ruben were nice as well and helpful. If you have any questions for the Dr ask him at your consultation because after that he BARELY has anytime for you. That is one thing I did not like. I understand Drs are busy but still TRY to make some time for his clients. My surgery was scheduled at 330pm. Larry dropped my off at 230pm. The girls at the desk did not even ask who I was and I sat there for half hour until they Finally NOTICED me. Then sat in the room until 630pm for surgery. Supposedly they had another case before me. But having me wait that long without having anything to eat prior the night before. Really?? I did not get out until midnight.
Surgery finally done, waiting for my results to stabilize...

I think they should have included more in the fee like if you bloody up your ace bandages they rewrap them and send you home with them, same thing for the waist cincher. I wind up spending a lot more than I thought I would and should and it's because not much is included not even the boppy and arnica like they make you believe. That made me feel like I was swindled a little.

Beyond Excellent he treated me with the upmost respect! I was in such discomfort after surgery that I was suppose to do a follow up afterwards and couldn't due to how much that I had done, that he came to me now that's what I call true devotion his staff his driver Larry was careful with me while driving to and from the facility and had lots of spunk and assured me the entire time that I was in the best care possible and he was right! The only reason i do not give Dr. Salama, Moises 5 stars is because he did not spend much time with me, i only saw him twice post operation, and for not more than 2 minutes, i say 2 but i probably saw him for a minute or less, seriously, i know he was busy or maybe i was healing perfect and didnt needed much time, i dont know. Also, on my consultation i felt he did not bother to look at my husband on the eyes at all, it was if like my husband wasnt there in the room with us, like if he was ignoring him, it was weird. the dr is professional BUT didnt not give that comfort i was expecting. he did not talk to my husband at all.. other than when he asked a question, he gave my husband his back at ALL times, it was just weird i insist. so those are the reasons he did not EARNED 5 stars. other than that his work is fabulous.

Dr. Salamas staff was wonderful. Literally got there and in less than half an hour I was knocked out. Monica the nurse really helped me relax after surgery, Ruben and Nancy were very attentive. I cant see my results but from the mirror I can really see his work. Im swollen but I can tell he really saw my vision and even though I'm in so much pain it's still worth it.

Hands down Dr.S is the greatest doctor ever. He is real cool and laid back. When I went in the first day and seen him, I had him laughing because I was ready for him to draw all over me but he was told me it was the day of surgery that that happens. I told him I knew that and I was making sure he knew Wht he was doing. The day of surgery he answered all my questions and was very clear on what he was going to do. I was confident that I picked the right doctor. The next time I seen him, he was just checking on me. The only problem I came across iz the office do not check on the ladies enough after surgery. A phone will be nice but my overall experience as a member of #TEAMSALAMA is great! Im so happy I picked him

All around Id rate Dr Salama & his staff 5 stars. They are really great. I experienced a few problems in the beginning, but i'm sure it had everything to do with miscommunication. After meeting Dr Salama & his staff, I felt very sure & relieved. I do wish that i spent more time with the Dr. but i suppose it wasnt necessary. He did everything he was suppose too. & Ruben is amazing. He is always prompt with emails & responses. Even their massage therapists are really caring.Warning!!! they do their job! lol those massages hurt. Anywho i didnt use their driverso i cant rate him.

I chose Dr. Salama years ago but decided not to travel and used a surgeon where I live. After three years I realized that Salama was really the right doctor for me and I wasted a lot of money and time in other places. I trust him and see that his results are spectacular. The office has been a great support and help with my complicated situation so close to surgery. I will make a better update after I have surgery and all my post op appointments!

The dr. Is not like some Pplz say. He answered all my question in concerns. He broke everything dwn for me. We even joke a round for a while. When I woke up I didn't c him but I was so much in pain, i didn't care I was just ready to go. Both nurse was great also. I'm so happy I pick him.

I think overall Dr. Salama was a wonderful surgeon. He was honest, to the point, and polite. The aftercare is adequate enough for the surgery. I was told twice I'd be getting sleeve garments and never did. Maybe they'll come later. I asked for a change of bandages because they were bloody and I was told there were none left...which for some reason I just couldn't believe. They said I would get them changed two days later, which I guess was okay--I just don't like bloody bandages but this is a surgery and blood is inevitable so no major complaint there. Other than that, I love the office. The Elite Plastic Surgery Team will make you feel comfortable and at home. They ask you if you want anything to drink at each office visit and are very personable. They will put you at ease about the surgery and have really helped me when I have been able to spend time with them. No major complaints here. :-) I am in LOVE with my new body that he has given me even though it hasn't even been that long yet!!!! ;-D

Very happy with my choice. Dr Salama did an excellent job. I chose Dr Salama because he has many excellent reviews, the price is excellent (for now), from the before and afters I have seen on Real Self and his website epsmiami. He is very skilled at sculpting a womans body plus mostly everything is included in the price. There is always going to be some that aren't pleased but it depends on body types, weights, skin elasticity,and your expectations. I'm glad I chose Dr Salama in Aventura, Fl.

I rated them high because unless you really need bedside manner, after care, and addition time spent after surgery with Dr. Salama and/or with the staff.....it is really uneccessary. If you following the after care instruction he gives you, then the recovery process should be fine. And if you do need any additional after care then they make sure you have all of their contact(s) and emergency number(s) you can contact after the procrdure at anytime, which was perfect. I didnt need any addition attention after wards bedsides my massages.

Waiting was a pain but that's ok it happens. i was not too worried about it because i understood that girl needed time with him in order to create her perfect body. I would not want someone rushing me so i understood. Surgery wait was long but the girl before me deserved the best and all of his attention so the wait was absolutely worth it. Its not a factory we are not one size fits all. So i was completely ok waiting in order for another girl to be happy with her results. Dr salama has been wonderful and his staff is professional nice helpful funny. I felt very welcomed and not like just another patient or number. he took his time with me and didn't rush me to move on to the next person. love dr salama and ruben whenever i have a question or freak out about something they are quick to answer and inform me with whatever. I love my results. dr salama knows a womans body and how to create a womans body. I am very happy with my results. He responds quickly and timely. he's informative and made me feel very safe and confident about my decision. I never felt pressured. I never felt like i was another dollar. When i had another consultation with another doctor he was so cocky i was wondering if he was trying to convince me or himself. i never felt that with Dr. Salama. He was so nice i never felt like he was doing me a favor. my results have been amazing. i can't believe i could ever look like this after having children. i feel confident i feel sexy i feel amazing. i am so pleased with my decision. i will never go to a different plastic surgeon. i don't live in Florida but i would go down there for any procedure. His prices are very reasonable and worth it. I would recommend to anyone. if u are wanting a bbl im telling u go to doctor Salama. Oh there was a bit of a wait before surgery but it did not bother me at all. i knew there was another girl he was working on making her amazing and new. trust me this is not a factory i would not want to be rushed while he was working on me so i understood. i my thought process was hey id rather he do a great job on the other girl rather than rush take a break re energize and get to me.

Dr. Salama is amazing!!! Sometimes there are long waits in terms of your surgery appointment time and the time you actually go in for surgery, however, the way I see it, you can't rush perfection. Just think that there is another person in there before you and she deserves the extra time to make sure she's getting the body she wants. You wouldn't want your surgery rushed through, so just be patient and have the same courtesy for others.

i saw dr salama day be sx he went over everything. day of sx i waited in the hallway for almost an hour for staff to arrive. i saw dr salama b4 sx to take pics and do the drawings he wasnt very friendly or talkative but professional i guess. and i saw him i believe 1or 2 after sx one time i know for sure because my butt was extremley hot to the touch and i felt faint so he saw me the nxt morning but i cannot recall any other time

I chose Dr. Salama because I felt comfortable with him from his reviews and my friend's experience with him. His office staff is unbelievable and made me feel so warm and welcome there. All in all, I felt extremely safe and in very good hands. Dr. Salama and the entire staff are amazing. Dr. Salama thoroughly explains everything and he listens to your expectations and has no problem telling you if they are obtainable or not. Ruben has been so helpful. All in all I am pleased with the office and staff thus far. Would definatwly do business with eps again. Very pleased with my results. Just wish I could have gotten the procedure when his prices were cheaper.

Dr. Salama did an amazing job on me. He really changed my shape dramatically. He countoured my back, trimmed my waist and got RID of my flanks. And my butt is huge! and Its beautifull! It is has great projections, it is round and soft! I am delighter with my results....I asked him to make me one of his masterpieces and that's just what he did! I was very realistic the whole time and he exceeded my expectations. The recovery is hard and can feel eternal but it has been well worth it! This is one of the surgeries that the post op care is as important as the surgery itself and aslong as you can have the discipline you will keep your best results! Dr. Salama is professional and friendly as well as his staff. Everything is A+ except for the ridiculous wait times due to overbooking appointments on wednesdays (which is his only day in the office) I feel if he's going to take on so many new patients while treating so many old patients, he should be in the office more than once a week. He did an excellent job at sculpting my new figure, it's exactly what I wanted.

After three years I realized that Salama was really the right doctor for me and I wasted a lot of money and time in other places. I trust him and see that his results are spectacular. I started out with Dr. Mendieta as my Dr of choice for the many years that I considered the procedure. As I got closer to deciding, I thought I would look up his reviews on the web some more; I found RS and consequently Dr. Salama. Salama's work looked great and comparable to what I wanted from Mendieta. The deciding factor therefore was price and value for money. But Salama had no available dates before Jan 2014! I couldn't wait that long and was prepared to back-pedal to Mendieta. Luckily for me, Nancy and Cynthia, with their excellent service attitude were able to find me an early date. I don't know if it is the ultimatum that worked! So May 20, 2013 it is.
