Dr. Mendieta is highly experienced and skilled doctor. He provides his patients with realistic expectations and doesn't promise miracles just to get your money. His office is amazing: it is beautiful, high-tech and most importantly, very CLEAN! His staff and nurses are very nice and even share their own experiences with their surgeries with Dr. M. They prepared me well for the surgery by providing me with extensive info on what vitamins and meds to take (and not take) as well as other things to do to prepare before the surgery. The day of the surgery, the nurses and the doctors were super nice and comforting and answered all my questions...as silly as they might have been. I have no complaints as to my post-operative care. Everything went by smoothly without any complications.

Nine out of ten times that I call the person I need to speak to is not available. And I don't receive a call back till at the very least 2 days later. They never follow up with what they say they are going to do and I find it very frustrating.

Dr. Mendieta is VERY personable, nice and sweet. He always greets me with a hug and a kiss. He is very positive, clear and to the point. He takes his time to answer all questions you may have and I have never felt rushed. He did all he could to give me the figure and bottom I wanted and although I wanted it bigger than I got it, he is not to be blamed for that (read my review of my surgery for more info). Overall I'm satisfied! His staff is great! Everyone is SUPER nice. All the girls that have had the BBL done by him in the office are open to sharing their experience and even stand and turn around in front of you for you to take a close look at their results! I love them all, especially Viv..* (dont want to put her out there without her permission). She has a body and a butt out of this world and she is soo sweet and patient. She has talked to me several times about my concerns and always knows what to say to make me feel better. Xoxo Things to know: - this doc is much more expensive than others in town ... he is very good, but in my opinion this is overpriced a tad when comparing to others - garments are not included and are 214.00 EACH including taxes - massages are NOT included and are $80 and $120 each depending on which one you want. They recommend at least 10 massages :-O so that's an additional $800 or $1200.00 in massages. If you chose the $80 massage there is an additional $40.00 fee for a thing you have to wear fir the massage - Of course no meds are included either. - I think that covers it!

researched and called every plastic surgery referral service -dr. m really knows how to take out every much of fat possible..whereas dr. s doesnt ..and dr. s put more butt whereas dr. m not so much50/50

Dr. Mendieta has been really great. He has listened to my concerns and provided me with the medications necessary to ease any discomfort I experience. I love the way he shaped my body so far, although I am only I month after surgery I hope I stay this way and not lose my butt and hips that he so beautifully created. All of his staff are absolutely wonderful, they are sweet, attentive, show interest in my feelings, as well as take charge when I cmment on my concern and communicate it to the doctor. And right away I get a response. I do not feel like a patient, they make me feel like family and this is a great feeling when going to a doctors office. Dr. Mendieta was actually recommended to me by one of the Plastic Surgeons I went to. When I asked him if he did fat transfer to the butt, he told me if I wanted a butt, Mendieta was "the" guy.

I chose Dr.Mendieta because of his website and my own visit to the office. His staff and the Dr himself made me feel this would be the right fit for me. I was apprehensive after hearing that Dr. Mendieta was quite more costlier than other Doctors I had contacted. The consult fee was surprising but it gave me a sense of reassurance in knowing that he is so busy with surgery he has very limited time for new patients. His website really convinced me in making the initial consult. It was so thorough and professional. My consult day did go smoothly. I had to wait for some time but I realized that Dr wants to give as much as he can to each patient and it was worth the wait. I found the staff to be genuine and felt a very warm atmosphere. Although I had to wait a few days for my final quote it was worth it. I felt the staff cared and this made me choose Dr. Mendieta over Dr. Salama. The girl I spoke with initially on the phone had a pleasant soothing voice and my coordinator was really informative. Once I had my sx I have to admit the first week was tough!!! But each visit I was reassured by the staff that things were going to get better. They were really optomistic and this made me feel better even though I felt worn out physically. I'm currently 4 weeks post op and feel great. This surgery is life changing and I would recommend Dr. Mendieta and his staff to EVERYONE!

Just booked my consultation with Dr. Mendieta on June 6th 2013. Hopefully I will have my BBL in early 2014. I am looking for a flat tummy and a hourglass shape with a very round prominant back side. I Have a lot of fat in around my abdomen and I really carry most my weight in my mid section. I have lost 60 lbs. naturally and would like this to surgery to help shape things that have lost their shape. I have never had plastic surgery before and I am nervous about how the healing process will go. I will still workout and eat right to maintain my results. Looking for people who have had surgery with Dr. Mendieta and how they look before and after. I will be traveling from Oregon to Florida for this procedure. I can't wait to see the doctor. Any tips would be much appreciated!

Exceeded all of my expectations! Dr. Mendieta listened to all the improvements I wanted to see in my body and he was able to give me better results than I had even imagined. I walked in slightly nervous and scared but all the nurses made me feel right at home, they assured me I would be taken care of and I definitely was. Everyone was beyond helpful and welcoming. I must start by saying that upon meeting Dr. Mendieta i knew that he was going to be the one to make me look the way i always i wanted too! Amazing human being and a great with his hands. Where do I begin. Dr. Constantino is a truly amazing doctor. Not just because of his expertise but because he exudes professionalism and makes his patients feel like he truly cares about them. The staff is incredible as well. From Colleen and Viviana at the front desk to the nurses. They always have a smile on their face and make you feel at ease. Norma and Priscilla were exceptional!!! Always willing to answer questions and very friendly. Loved them! Back to Dr. Mendieta, there are no words to describe how great he's been from the moment I met him. He listens to you and is willing to answer any and all questions and concerns you may have. He is a wonderful surgeon. No matter how many patients he has he always makes you feel like you're special. I had high expectation of dr. Mendieta through researching his work... But he went way beyond what I had expected. His detail to perfection is like none other. My nurse Norma was always willing to answer all my questions, as silly as some were and really treated me like family, not just another patient. She really helped me feel as comfortable as possible.
