I am Gloria. I intentionally waited three months to write this review so I could fully experience my results and share an honest perspective for future patients. I recently underwent an augmentation mastopexy with GalaFLEX and implants with Dr. Ary Krau, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I am extremely happy with my results both aesthetically and emotionally and I feel very grateful to have found such an exceptional surgeon and team. From the very first consultation, Dr. Krau truly stood out. He is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also remarkably humble, calm, and professional. He takes the time to genuinely listen, explains everything clearly, and ensures you feel informed and confident at every step of the process. You can immediately tell that he knows exactly what he is doing his confidence comes from experience and precision, never ego. This made me feel safe and reassured throughout the entire journey. The surgical outcome exceeded my expectations. The results are beautiful, natural, and well-balanced, and it is clear that a tremendous amount of thought, care, and expertise went into every detail. This type of procedure is very personal and meaningful, and Dr. Krau approached it with respect, sensitivity, and true artistry. I never felt rushed or treated like “just another patient.” Instead, I truly felt seen, heard, and understood. I also want to highlight Victoria, Dr. Krau’s assistant, who is absolutely impeccable. She is incredibly kind, sweet, and professional, with exceptional attention to detail. Victoria is highly responsive, organized, and genuinely caring. From coordinating appointments to answering questions and checking in, she made the entire experience smooth and far less stressful. You can tell she truly cares about patients, especially knowing how emotionally significant these procedures can be. Her warmth and dedication made a huge difference for me. I would also like to give a special shout-out to the anesthesiologist, who did an incredible job. He was extremely professional and calm and made me feel completely at ease and in very good hands. His presence and care helped make the entire experience smooth and stress-free, adding an extra layer of comfort and trust throughout the procedure. The entire team creates an environment that feels supportive, respectful, and trustworthy. I always felt comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and being honest about my expectations. That level of communication and care is truly priceless when undergoing surgery. I am deeply thankful for this experience and for the results I now enjoy every day. If you are considering breast surgery or any procedure with Dr. Ary Krau, I can say with complete honesty that you will be in exceptional hands. His talent, professionalism, and humility, combined with the outstanding support from Victoria and the entire team, make this practice truly special. I had a breast augmentation scheduled with the Dr. Krau and the process was so smooth and truly amazing!! The staff was very kind from beginning to the end. They were super helpful and answered any questions that I had before my procedure. Upon meeting Dr. Krau I was nervous because of the reviews I read, but he was not like that at all. He is straight to the point, but he will answer any questions and he is very confident in his work. I would recommend him, and I wouldn’t change a thing about choosing him as my doctor through this experience! Do not go off the reviews, I would say meet him and see for yourself if you’re second guessing it.

Highly recommend this doctor! Did my breasts with him back in 2018 , I had gotten them done previously with another doctor before and Ary Krau fixed all that was wrong with my breasts from the previous doctor! And he did an amazing job!! , years later and my breast still look beautiful, even after exclusively breast feeding.

Absolutely the best in his field! I started out with very little breast tissue and went with 550 CCs—I couldn't be happier with my results. Dr. Krau is phenomenal; he's not just a surgeon but a true artist with exceptional skills. Everyone constantly asks who my doctor was because my results look incredible!

So I went in back in June to have a bl/ba with Dr Krau my preop was the day before surgery so that is when I saw him for the first time. Long story short he recommended I do my surgery in 2 parts which I was really discouraged about. But I trusted the doc because right he is the expert and did my procedure. So I came in the next day my appt was at 530 at night so I was I believe the last patient. Dr Krau came in the room he said that he was glad that I decided to do my surgery in 2 parts he marked me up took pictures then the anesthesiologist came in went over some questions walked me to the surgery room then put the iv in boom I was sleep. Recovery was pretty easy not much pain my tits were small I did have problem with my left nipple. Pretty much my nipple piercing holes a lil discharge was coming out I assumed it was pus so I reached out to Dr Krau team and Victoria told me to wipe it with peroxide which was a huge mistake it burnt my nipple. Which had me going to the hyperbaric chamber ppl buying all kinds of cream thinking it was necrosis. Whole time it was nothing the peroxide really burnt my nipple the color did finally come back. Updated on 8 Feb 2025: Here’s some updated pictures of my Bl and ba surgery with Dr Krau along with a close up or semi close up of the scar. Still a lil Sore a swole on the sides but getting softer I am happy with my results so far so good. Will Post more to my YouTube

I had a life changing experience with Dr. Krau. He removed 3262 grams from my breast and left me with some amazing results. He is very professional and very confident in what he does. I highly recommend him for breast procedures. I followed his page for 4 years before getting my breast reduction. I couldn't find any other docter as consisten as him. So i knew he'd be my doctor. He is the best for breast I had a 375 was a 34 e! explant and full anchor lift The scar is like a thread perfect nipples! Possibly going back to re implant it just feels great having nothing after years or big boobies ! These mommy milkers were a 34ddd or f cup ???? these implants lasted me around 15 years and 2 children. Towards the end after my 2nd they really started to hang and I felt like an old cow! I think Dr Krau did a fantastic job on the lift I don’t think anyone could have done it better Updated on 31 Aug 2024: Final result of full anchor lift with 375 moderate profile plus. The scar is pretty undetectable with credit to Dr krau for being a seamstress This trip I stayed at the Landon boutique hotel down the block from the office it was ok very basic like a holiday inn and inexpensive around 100 a night. No gym or pool but it was unnecessary for a surgery trip anyway so it’s all you need.

Dr. Ary Krau is amazing! I have had 2 surgeries with him, one for breast implants (2017) and one for a rhinoplasty (2024). Both times were smooth with no complications. From his professional staff to his expertise I am more than satisfied, especially with how he gave me better than what I expected while still looking natural! I highly recommend him.
