After researching his extensive background in breast revision surgery, reading many reviews and viewing his amazing before and after photos, I know that he was the surgeon for me! Boy was I right! My initial consultation with Dr. Krau was amazing! He took his time to answer my questions, concerns and educate me on my options to achieve my ideal look. He has a great personality and I felt so at ease and comfortable with him that I called the next day to book a surgery date (March 2013). His office staff is very friendly and work to accommodate your schedule. It is evident that Dr. Krau takes pride in his work and is a true artist! He makes sure to address his patients concerns and follows up with his patients to make sure that his patients are healing correctly. I had surgery on a Friday and he was even there on Saturday morning for my next day post op check. I highly recommend Dr. Krau to anyone that is considering having work done. I can guarantee, that you will not be disappointed!

We cannot express how happy we are with Dr Krau MD and his entire staff in Miami. We had a consultation with Dr Krau and then had consultations ith 6 other surgeons before coming back to Dr Krau to get our surgery done. He spent time making sure all our questions were answered and making sure I felt confident in my decision. Every surgeon had a different opintion, but Dr Krau asked us what we were expecting from the surgery and informed us of a realistic result, not just telling us what he was going to do or trying to sell me on additional procedure. From the first consultation thru the follow ups, Dr Krau's staff, including Alison, Cristina, Nora and Sonia, all were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every consultation, every follow up was right on time with virtually no waiting. Thank you, Dr Krau!

So, when I came to Miami 13 years ago, I've started to look for a doctor. Over the period of 7 years I went to see 10 (seriously!) different doctors. All of them came highly recommended from different people or groups of people, or it was common knowledge, that they are great. You know- offices with golden furniture packed with people in Chanel with Hermes bags type of thing. 8 of them told me, that in order to make a tip of my nose, they need to take a piece of my rib cartilage (add $3000 extra to the cost) and insert it in my nose. Two told me that it is unachievable. None could guarantee the result. "It will be better!"-I kept hearing. Than one day I was in a hair salon and saw a gorgeous girl coming in. The staff started fussing around her, congratulating her and expressing their amazement. When I asked, what was that about, they told me that she just had her nose and ears done. I could never guess. She looked like a natural beauty! I've asked her doctor's name and phone number and that is how I came to know doctor Ary Krau. The rest is history. Dr.Krau examined my nose, listened to my wishes and simply said "OK" without blinking. My husband said it's too good to be true, but I kept seeing the girl from the salon in my mind.

Excellent work done by Ary Krau with natural look results and no noticeable incisions with quick recovery. In house surgical and anesthesia, well equipped and very accomodating recovery room. Nurse staff and front office staff very friendly. Ary Krau has the credentials and is a well respected plastic surgeon. If you want to have a natural look outcome, he will make the right recommendations for your surgical procedure.

Upon meeting Dr. Krau, I immediately felt comfortable and confident with his skills and the caring approach he took in making sure I was happy with my options. I already had a consultation with a world renown plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills and planned to stay out there during my recovery. After meeting Dr. Krau and discussing my concerns, I scheduled surgery with him and cancelled the appointment in Beverly Hills!
