Advice on Long Philtrum and Hollow Cheeks I have a few brief questions about improving my appearance, thank you for your response :) 1. am I a good candidate for a lip lift? photos attached 2. my face appears harsh, protruding eyebrows (the lateral horns?) it may not be evident from these photos. Hollow cheeks, strong jawline, my forehead isn't very feminine. 3.lastly when I smile a have distinct line running from my eyes, temples, down my cheeks, what could be causing this? Thanks!

A: Advice on Long Philtrum and Hollow Cheeks

The only thing I do for lip fullness is a dermal-fat graft transplant from the supra-pubic area to the lips. This is a transplant of you own tissue and the results are permanent not temporary. They are also very natural looking results. I invented and perfected this proceedure over 25 years ago with hundreds of happy patients. You can see examples of them at the website aventuraplasticsurgery .com. The only other choice is Juvederm filler enhancement to the lips but it is temporary.

Can Cosmetic Lip Surgery Reduce a Very Wide Philtrum and Cupid's Bow? My philtrum is slightly narrower than my columella at the top, but at my cupid's bow, widens to a point parallel to the lateral inside edges of my nostrils. Beneath this wide philtrum, the vermilion border dips all the way to my lower lip. I hope my description is sufficient, because I couldn't upload a photo. My nose and mouth are of normal width in proportion to my face. Can my cupid's bow & philtrum be significantly narrowed during or in addition to a bullhorn lip lift?

Is There Any Surgery in Addition to Bullhorn Lip Lift That Can Help Lift the Upper Lip? hi after several nose jobs ive noticed my upper lip covers a little bit of my teeth upon smiling. ive had a bullhorn lip lift which worked okay. but not really. is there any other drastic surgery that i can have?. ps when i bite i do have my upper teeth infront of my lower teeth. but it doesnt look out of place or anything. i just want that big cheesy grin. i also dont want to sacrifice any projection of my nose. ive already had dental veneers to lengthen my teeth. thanks.

A: W Plasty lip reduction

You might consider a small W-plasty lip reduction which is done in the posterior aspect of the lip inside the mouth and does not show. This can be tailored nicely to show more front teeth as desired
