I had lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty three weeks ago. The results between my two eyes are really uneven. There is a big crater in the outer corner of my right eye that is not present on the left eye. I'm already thinking that I will have to revise the right eye - maybe the left eye too if it sinks in more. Can the corner of my right eye (left in photos) be treated with filler or fat grafts, or another treatment? I am happy with the result directly under eye, just need to fix corner.
Sorry to say your series of photos are posted poorly. But even at 3 weeks very hard to say if there is swelling or residual fat, scar tissue. Best to be seen weekly by your chosen surgeon to see the progress. Followup would be appreciated and better posting of the photos.
About 4 months ago I went to my opthamologist after 3 weeks of pain & annoyance in my eyes. I had GPC. Both of my eyelids were heavy & swollen. It went a away...not completely though. My left eyelid is annoying because I can't look up like I used to & in comparison with my right eye. My eyes don't feel normal. My GPC is gone. I always had small eyes & eyelids. Now they are both heavy, but the left eyelid is heavier. I hate the way my eyes feel & how I look. What can I do to fix this?
Thanks for posting photos. Yes I see the pseudo ptosis of the left upper lid. I recommend re evaluation by your doctor. Best to seek in person eye docs for advise. There are medications, BOTOX, and even surgery. Best of luck.
Always had great results with Botox but went with Dysport last time and results were horrible. Made my eyes smaller, brow lower and lids super puffy. It's worn off now but my lids have become so hooded that they stick together, I raise my brow to see better and I always look mad (due to being 45, not result of Dysport). Do I go with Botox/Dysport again or get upper and lower lid surgery? Or given how my lower lids look, would fillers work instead? Thanks!
Photos doe demonstrate a possible need for a blepharoplasty, but try BOTOX again to maybe delay the surgery. But I think you would be more satisfied with a surgery. Good luck.
