I've always had big breasts. I don't know from where, my family doesn't. I started wearing bras in 3rd grade and was a c in 7th grade, D in 9th grade and dd//DDD in 12th grade depending on the bra. I sprained my back in 2010 due to the breast weight. I tried physical therapy, electro shock, stretching, training, nothing worked. It just made it feel worse. I researched for years what it would... more

I am very dissatisfied with the results. my nipples are so high that i cant wear bikinis or bras since they pop out of the shirt. I have to be careful with the shirts and dresses i wear since my nipples always show. i told him about it and he tells me they are normal. HELL NO THEYRE NOT! my nipples are about to touch my chin from how high they were placed. I hate the results. more
I decided to do this because I had the usual symptoms, back pain, shoulder and neck pains. My grandmother used to tell me all the time that I was too young to have breast sagging so much. As soon as my breasts grew in I started gaining weight so my body image was well... not great. I got a lot of unwanted attention for them to a point that I think I didn't date because of it. Either way I... more
Due to back pain, I got a breast reduction, and I am not too satisfied with the results. I had an infection not to soon after the procedure, My wound kept reopening for months, and due to this I ended up with horrible scarring along the bottom of my breasts. I kept going back just to be told I shouldn't worry about a thing, when there was obviously something going on. more
I was an early bloomer and had fairly full breasts by the age of 13. By the time that I graduated high school, I was wearing a size 36DD bra. I've always had a slight frame and so I looked like I might tip over. I did everything that I could to hide them. I wore compression sports bras and very loose fitting tops. I had a difficult time with athletics due to the amount of weight that I was... more
Whenever I need something I always look at "3" of whatever it is I need & then pick the best. I'll get 3 estimates for house & car repairs, plumbers and even doctors. "Take Shape" was the 1st place I went to out of my 3, to see about having my 44/46 G/H breast reducted because of neck & shoulder problems & a great deal of pain.
I had a consultation with Dr. Low & was surprised by his... more
My breast has that lift I was looking for. Dr. Shuster was patient, informative, and caring throughout the process. He also recommended that I do a revision one year out to remove more tissue. Great experience and I wish I had done it way sooner. The benefits and improved self-esteem outweighs the minimum scars acquired from the surgery. Over time it kind of felt like my breast grew back... more
I was a out of town patient, flighting in for a 5 day vacation with friends in family. Dr. Salama staff arranged for me to fit in a extremely booked schedule where I was able to take care of business and still enjoy my vacation! The staff was amazing they send me everything in advance to make sure my health was in good shape before i had my procedure. I met with the staff and Dr. Salama the... more
Dr. Messa did such an incredible job. I had very little pain if any at all from the breast reduction and after about a week, my tummy tuck results were apparent and I couldn't have been more pleased. The most uncomfortable part was the drains believe it or not, but they are removed within 7-10 days after, so it is a short amount of time to wait for the most amazing bodily transformation. more
Hi there! I've been on and off of this forum for a few months now and am ready for the next step towards my breast reduction surgery. I am 5'1'', 31 years old and currently 175lbs. I am a fairly active person. I live in South Florida and I enjoy the water and scuba diving. I have a great gym with some great trainers and really enjoy spinning in the mornings. But, my true past time is... more
Just 19 more days until Surgery... I'll be so happy when I am able to run, jump and even sleep without a 40F causing so much pain and discomfort. Since 7th Grade I was always heavy on top, already a 34C.. As the years passed I went up to a DD. Soon after at 24 I was in a DDD, while trying to fulfill my duties as a United States Navy sailor... Struggle! After 10 years of serving, currently 27,... more
My experience with Dr. Masri was EXCELLENT to say the least. I had a medically necessary breast reduction and liposuction on my back. I was experiencing back pain due to large breasts and I never thought that I could have surgery and my insurance would cover it. After calling a few cosmetic surgeons, I was referred to Dr. Masri's office. I went in for a free consultation and he told me... more

Question for you all that have had a breast reduction. I am going to have BR in 5 weeks, doctor said I could end up a c/d. I know they cannot guarantee a size, but want to know if I should steer him more towards a C or a D? Are you happy with the size you ended up with? What is it now and was was it pre surgery? If you could change it, would you have preferred to go smaller,... more
I have been considering having my breasts reduced for about 10 years now. I have always been told to wait until after I'd had my first child. My son will be 2 in 2 weeks and my surgery is scheduled 4 weeks from today. While I am super excited about getting rid of my 38 DDD's, I am a little worried about how my tummy will look afterward. Insurance is covering my breasts and I couldn't afford to... more

I will like to share my journey so far... I started considering breast reduction sometime in 2009. This was due to the severe neck pain, back pain and negative attraction i get all due to my massive double D cups. Yes, i know? not so big huh? Well i am a size 2-4 and weigh 132 pounds and 5 10 in height; so yes with my frame those boobs were just too much. I work as a business analyst and that... more
I am a 50-year old female. I have had big breast all my life. I liked having them, but now they are too big, so they have to go. They have held up pretty well. I lift weights and have been doing pushups against the wall since I was 19 because I was told they would keep my breast from falling, it really works, even though I haven't been doing them regulary for the last couple of years... more
