"I was looking to take a few years off my face. I was not looking to be young again, I just wanted to look better. I went in to Dr. B’s office and felt comfortable with him and the confidence he showed. This took off 15 years and it gave myself so much more confidence. Everything that was discussed during our consultation was met. I enjoyed Dr. B’s honesty. If you expect too much he will let you know. This way we were on the same page as to what was to be expected when all is said and done. The procedure was painless. The nursing staff was wonderful comfort to me throughout. They all worked together successfully and they honestly seem like family to me now."

"Dr. B has a good bedside manner. He was always smiling and has a genuine concern for his clients. The office is beautiful. His staff is very, very, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They like what they are doing and it clearly shows. I heard about Bassin after seeing his commercials on the television and also after reading articles about him in magazines my interest and curiosity was peaked. I had the aqualipo procedure done to my stomach area. The procedure was not painful but there was a slight discomfort. You are awake during the procedure but the nurses and Dr. B do a great job of distracting you and keeping you comfortable."

"Dr. B and his staff were very caring and very upbeat. I was treated well and and they made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend him to my family and friends. I wouldn't think twice about having him preform another procedure on me. My results were great and there was a noticeable difference in my face after I received the natural fill. My friends knew all about my procedure and were watching me like a hawk to follow my results. In the end, they were all amazed and thought I looked great, as do I."

"I spent five years researching procedures, doctors and their approaches to their craft. I found Dr. B on the internet, and then proceeded to verify all that I read about him from outside sources. The more I learned the more certain I became that he was the one I wanted to do my procedures. Initially, it was his enthusiasm for minimally invasive procedures with maximum results that attracted me. But once I met with him for a consultation, I liked how he listened very carefully to what end result I wanted, then thoroughly explored with the different ways to achieve that. He thoroughly explained the differences in cost, downtime, recovery requirements, and duration of results. It impressed me that I was hearing all of this from him directly and not another staff member. The staff was all friendly, communicated accurately at every stage, and supportive at all times. They don’t forget that the clients may be nervous, are having procedures done, and it’s not just another day to the client. Another nice thing I noticed is that they all seem to like their job, their boss, and their co-workers. Very cooperative teamwork"
