I am so thankful and happy that I have placed my trust in such a talented , knowledgeable and caring doctor. He has been a godsend and I am so happy with my results so far and each time , He has been my surgeon since 2012 and I am so happy with my procedures. I originally had saline and after ten years opted for silicone gel 400cc hp and just recently decided to go larger to 590cc uhp and i am more than pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Dr.Jon to anyone who is looking for beautiful results , he has over 30 yrs experience and it shows , his staff is also amazing and always willing to answer any questions and they are so caring. I definitely recommend!

Got exactly what I asked for. Natural looking and full breasts. Under the muscle. Dr. Trevisani suggested 375-400, which going for the consult I thought that would be too much. But after discussion of goals, I’m so thrilled with the size. So happy with my final results. My only regret is I didn’t get this done sooner.

He is extremely knowledgeable and caring . He goes above and beyond to make sure you are well. His staff is also amazing. Just the best at what he does ! Would highly recommend him ! Everyone at his office is so nice and pleasant .

Going with Dr Trevisani and his team was the best decision I could have made. I have wanted a boob job for many years and finding the right surgeon was so important to me. And let me tell you, from day 1 at the consultation I knew Dr Trevisani was exactly what I was looking for! Him as well as his staff are so incredibly kind and always made me feel extremely comfortable. Surgery day went great and it was so thoughtful that him and his team make a point to make calls and check up on you when you are home recovering. It truly shows how much they care. I just went to my 1 week post op appointment and everything is looking great. I am now on day 9 post op and pain is little to none! Ofcourse there is still some discomfort and soreness but practically no more pain!! I asked for a big difference but to look as natural as possible and Dr Trevisani gave me exactly what I was looking for. I am seriously so happy I could cry!! Updated on 28 Aug 2024: I am now officially 1month post op today and everything has continued to go just SO smoothly. My daily life is starting to get back to the normal groove of things now, I can cook, clean, drive, go out, do light work and things. Pain is nonexistent at this point for me and swelling has subsided a lot! Not completely but only usually tends to happen when I first wake up in the mornings and then after a busy day when I’ve been doing more and moving a lot more than usual! Which is normal, the more you do the more sore you typically will be. But I just can’t get over how phenomenal my chest looks honestly! Even my scars look great! I use biocorneum which was recommended by Dr Trevisani, and have been using it consistently twice a day on my scars since getting my sutures removed at my 2 week post op appointment and they already are starting to lighten up and look even better! I go back in 4 weeks for my 8 week post op appointment and will update again then! Like I stated before and I will say it again!!! I couldn’t be happier with my decision and I will continue to recommend Dr trevisani and his team to everyone! Updated on 17 Oct 2024: I am SO incredibly happy with my results. The confidence this has given me is so insane!!! I am 11 weeks post op and they truly feel like mine now! No more swelling, no more soreness and life is back to normal! I’m back to work, have been able to workout, and I’ve even been able to go back to horse back riding! I went bra shopping and bathing suit shopping for the first time since my surgery and had so much fun doing so!! My scars are very minimal and are going away quite quickly. Once again just so so happy with my decision and wouldn’t change a thing!

After 2 1/2 year of breast feeding I was very deflated. I ended up getting 500 CC sub-muscular. I am 5’6 150. It was very hard for me to find before and after pictures of breast that looked similar to mine so I wanted to share. I am beyond happy with the results. I've been wanting implants for decades now and am really happy with my results. I was a 32b (will update on size once I'm fully healed but it's lookin like 34c 32d and am so happy.) and had surgery a little over a Week ago. I am very excited and pleased with my results so far. I'm extremely active and athletic which is why it was very important for me to go over the muscle. And I'm so happy I did! I feel really good so far and it's only been a week and I feel like I can do a push up if I wanted to! (But I won't I promise until I'm fully healed and recovered lol). I choose 325cc high profile mentor because I'm am a petite extremely athletic girly. (5"3 125lbs) I hit a huge milestone in my fitness journey this year and PR on my bench press and wanted to opt for the most minimal invasive technique. I'm so happy with how I look and feel so far! My experience was a good one with Dr. Trevisani I am Transgender so finding a surgeon who would work with me was rough. Through out the whole process he was very kind and attentive to everything . I want to say I had capsular contracture in my right implant but that was due to my own negligence trying to readjust myself whil healing, we went back in a fixed it and now it’s better than ever and I am really pleased with the results. This is my 3rd day Post OP Breast Augmentation and I can say everything so far went as explained. The doctor does call and check on you which is very assuring, made my husband very comfortable. The office staff treated us very well and explained to him how to take care of me. Thank you very much from start to finish. I wanted my procedure asap because of up coming plans and that's what I received asap service.
