30 Y/o, 130lb Weight Loss, Arm Lift with Lipo & Breast Lift with Implant - Jupiter, FL

From my very first consult I got the feeling that Dr. Dana was talented beyond her years. I appreciated that she was female and could relate to my concerns. She seemed genuinely concerned with making sure I understood everything including all the risks with the surgeries. She was always personable and professional. I would recommend her to any one I know and I'm grateful to have found her. The surgery center she works with was wonderful as well. I can honestly say I was less anxious and worried than I thought I would be and I felt it was because everyone from the anesthesiologist, to the nurse to the assistant and of course the surgeon seemed to truly enjoy their jobs and treated me like I actually mattered and wasn't just another number. If you need some "hand-holding" like I did, Dr. Dana is a wonderful choice and besides that she does phenomenal work.. Thanks to her, I will look beautiful on my wedding day and that's all I really wanted.

Snip Snip - Jupiter, FL

My initial conversation with Kimberly at Dana M. Goldberg, M.D.’s office was enthusiastic and informative. She was upbeat and friendly and, I immediately felt a sense of relief about my normally embarrassing labia. Kimberly was exactly the same in person as she was on the phone at my first appointment and, Dr. Goldberg was a pleasure, answering all my questions with a sincere attitude. I feel really good about choosing Dr. Goldberg as my surgeon.

An Attractive Woman in Her Mid 60's Who Wanted a Better Appearance - Jupiter, FL

Having "grown up" in New York and Beverly Hills, I consider myself well educated regarding cosmetic procedures. Personally, I have had several elective cosmetic surgeries over the years, all of them performed by excellent, well known surgeons. Being in my mid 60's and living in Jupiter, FL I decided that I would find a local surgeon rather than opt to go back to California. In my career I do a great deal of research and I can say honestly that it took me several years of inquiring before I chose to call Dr. Goldberg for a consultation. From the first telephone call to her office, through the consult, the preliminary visits, the surgery and the recovery to where I am today I can attest to a perfect experience with results that exceed any expectations I had. Everyone on the team was impeccable and there is absolutely nothing that any of the staff could have done better. I can state with total honesty that the level of sophistication combined with the dedication and warmth of everyone who was a part of my experience was astonishing. Really perfect. Thank you to Dr. Dana and everyone on the team who played a part in my surgery.

Ryan Brown PA-C, MBA is a true professional. From the time I arrived at the office, he was sincerely interested in answering my questions and making me feel comfortable. Single, New Grandmother Needed a Fresh Look! - Jupiter, FL

Dr. Dana's office is beautiful. She and all her staff make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Ryan Brown, Dr Dana's PA, preformed my procedure. He was outstanding. He completely eased any nerves I had. Ryan was gentle and at the same time quick. The fact that I did not have any bruising was amazing because I always bruise! Ryan told me what to expect and very clearly explained what I needed to do afterwards, he made sure I did not have any questions. I did exactly as he told me. I could not be happier with my results!

Here are 5 things you can do right now to keep looking young.

Wear Sunscreen: The moment you expose your skin to the sun, UV rays begin to damage DNA, which is the blueprint our bodies use to build new healthy skin cells. Changes in DNA lead to skin cancer growth. Collagen fibers are weakened and replaced with elastic fibers, contributing to wrinkling and sagging. Pigment cells begin to work overtime, causing blotchiness and sunspots. By wearing sunscreen, you not only minimize your risk of skin cancer, but keep yourself looking younger.Don't Smoke:...

When Getting Better Means Saying Goodbye

Some of my patients are in my life for a day. But more often, I see patients often enough to form a relationship beyond the traditional doctor patient interaction, like some of my breast cancer patients come to the office once a week for several months for reconstruction. During these appointments, while I fill the patients' temporary implants, we chat about life, work, family, and hobbies. We exchange pictures of new children or grandchildren, trade stories about friends, and make book and...

Can I Still Have a Mammogram After Breast Augmentation?

Mammograms can still be performed, but it is important to tell your mammographer about your breast implants. There are special views that the technician will need to perform in order to see as much of your breast tissue as possible. Even with these special techniques, 10-15% of breast tissue is not seen on a mammogram after breast augmentation, and this may delay a diagnosis of breast cancer. Studies have compared women with implants who develop breast cancer with women without implants who...

What is Vaginoplasty & How is it Done?

"Plasty" means "forming or repairing", so vaginoplasty can refer to anything from tightening the vagina to removing excess scar tissue from an episiotomy or other vaginal trauma. Most commonly, it refers to an outpatient surgery under general anesthesia where the excess lining of the vagina is removed, and the underlying muscles are sutured together to reduce the size of the vagina and add support to the pelvic floor. Most patients are surprised at how little discomfort there is after...

Anesthesia and Plastic Surgery

When a patient elects to undergo cosmetic plastic surgery, they are likely to have anesthesia used during their procedure. As such, an informed patient should clearly understand the differences in anesthesia types and providers. The anesthesiologist is ultimately responsible for reviewing the patient's medical condition and history to plan the appropriate anesthetic for surgery, and is thus quite important when making decisions regarding cosmetic procedures. In cosmetic...
