I had a face lift, neck lift and eyelid surgery 9 weeks ago. my cheeks and chin look puffy to me and there are strange raised strings or sutures that can be palpated running down from my ear. Is this normal? do you think it might improve? thank you for your comments.
It is hard to tell from your pictures. However, if your surgeon used dissolvable sutures then they will resolve within 2 to 6 months depending upon the type of sutures used. You might want to discuss this issue with your surgeon if other material was used.
How little or great is the chance of laser burns from a laser neck lift?
A neck lift whether done with or without the laser helps with sagging neck skin and excess fatty tissue. The laser is a tool and does not have much advantage in the thin skin of the neck unless you have a tremendous amount of fat where it might facilitate liposuction. That being said there is a significant risk of laser burns and these do occur and in my opinion offers no traditional benefit over a traditional necklift procedure. I would seek a board certified facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon.
lower face/neck lift cost?
Prices vary not only be region but by skill and experience of the surgeon. As in many issues in life, you get what you pay for.
