Hi,  you are an excellent candidate to soften the folds with Juvederm.  Your injector will be able to place some so that you can see the initial result.  The use of an ice pack or topical numbing cream, combined with the lidocaine within the product will help make the procedure comfortable.  Start conservatively with one syringe and if you desire more correction (the area near the base of the nose is deeper) then you can have more injected.  Good luck!
