My wife is getting Radiesse treatments next week, and I am concerned about her aftercare. What is the recovery process like? How can I best care for her after the procedure?
Radiesse doesn't require a great deal of aftercare other than application of ice for several hours. However, as Dr. Aldea pointed out, the "pre-care" is more important. Choosing a qualified Facial plastic Surgeon, Plastic Surgeon, or Dermatologist is the best way to achieve great results.
I had Radiesse injected under my eyes 8 1/2 months ago. (Biggest mistake of my life!!!!!!) One eye continues to have a large nodule (pea-sized, tear drop shaped) that does not seem to be going away. I have had a series of steroid injections, but the nodule remains almost the same size. Will the nodule eventually go away on its own? If so, when? Should it be getting gradually smaller each month? (it's not!) At what point should I consider surgical intervention? Please Help!!
i would continute to inject and massage for a yr or two ..if no improvment , simple excision should leave minimal scar..Gl
I had Radiesse injected into my marionette lines a week ago and don't see any difference. How long do I have to wait to see improvement?
Radiesse results should be immediately apparent. If no result is noted, it is usually related to insufficient volume of Radiesse injected, or possible to poor technique. Radiesse typically works very well for marionette lines.
