I got butt implants about 4 years ago and I didnt like the results. They just look like two lumps in my butt. they do not give my butt any round shape. Is it possible to get fat transfer to help fill in my butt and make my butt look nicer and rounder after implants?

One of the known complications after this surgery is asymmetry.
