I first had dysport injection on forehead and glabellar area on Sept. 15. It was done in two doses because it was the first time I've ever had Dysport (I've never used Botox either). The second dose was on Oct 6 and have noticed that I've developed a little cough that has not gone away. Is this one of the side effects?
I have never encountered this side-effect and do not feel it is related to your injections. You should feel comfortable that you will look good while your cough goes away!
Had Dysport on the forehead a week ago for the first time; I am generally happy but feel its just slightly stronger of an effect than I was hoping for. Everything looks ok and I can still move my eyebrows (kind of) but it's a little uncomfortable to feel rather stiff in my face and not able to make expressions very well. will these effects soften at all before they actually fully wear off? I like the effect very much I just feel it might be very slightly on the overdone side for me. thank you!
What problems might arise from dysport injections with hyperhidrosis patients?
This is an outstanding question and was recently addressed by our medical literature that revealed efficacy for this embarrassing condition. It will be interesting to see if the number of units required are equal to, or greater than onobotulinum toxin A, given the molecule for abobotulinum toxin A is touted as diffusing more considering the smaller molecular size.
