i am a small framed caucasian/asian 40 year old. Can I have fat grafting done on my face if I have had a filler Six months ago (hylaronia, I think that is how to spell it) but it has clearly worn off. I really want to have a Brazilian butt lift and have my crows feet and forehead worked on as well. I have been working on increasing my body fat % which is now 19%. I am wondering if I am a candidate for a BBL with no implants and if I would be able to address my face issues at the same time.
A: Fat grafting to the face and buttocks (Brazilain butt lift) with facial resurfacing in one procedure for beautiful results and mThe simply answer is yes you can have fat grafting after fillers, and yes BBL can be performed at the same time. I commonly performs laser and BBL treatments in conjunction with fat grafting and fillers. Depending on the depth and severity of your crows feet you may benefit more from a focal Erbium resurfacing or possibly infrared heating with Skintyte II. The best modality depends on your physical findings. It is important to see a plastic surgeon who can evaluate and select the intervention to give you the best results and discuss all surgical and nonsurgical options with you. Facial fat grafting in conjunction with gluteal fat grafting ( Brazilian butt lift) is a good idea but the surgeon must be well versed in both. Harvesting technique should be different for each grafting site. A thin slurry of fat harvested carefully with a very small canula yields the best results in the face while thick fat harvested through larger canulas usually result in the best gains in the gluteal region. I prefer to use a waterjet fat graft harvesting system ( bodyjet by humanmed). This allows minimal to no bruising improved comfort and high quality fat harvest. I hope this helps!

Which Breast Lifting Technique Would Be Most Suitable? (photo)
I have consulted a board certified PS & am in process of scheduling the surgery. Dr. has said for perkiest look go for a full lift w/ augmentation, and for a more natural look go with a donut lift w/ augmentation. Below are photos of the look I'm after & my own breasts. I know "perky" and "natural" have different definitions depending on each person. Which lifting would bring mine to the same position and shape? I know all breasts are different, I am simply going for that "style" in the pics
A: Hidden scar lift and cold-subfascial augmentation for a natural perky appearanceI would recommend a technique called circum-nipple mastopexy with cold-subfascial augmentation. you have large areolas and with this technique you can have completely hidden scars instead of scars at the areola-breast junction. With the cold-subfascial technique the breast implant is supported into a tear-drop shape like the result you are after. The cold-subfascial technique also prevents the dramatic 'muscle jumping' that you can expect with subpectoral and dual-plane techniques. Even in the best hands a Benilli lift tends to flatten the breast and always results in widened unattractive scars with time. If you are considering Benelli lift you would be much better off with a vertical lift as it offers support and does not typically result in a widened scar. I hope this helps!

Options For 28 yo Female with Under Eye Swelling/ Eye Bags? (photo)
I noticed I developed eye bags in April 2011. I went to a surgeon and he said that this was not fat under my eye, but it was swelling. He said I could try Juvederm, but it may not work because it's not fat under my eye. I asked him if there is a way to get rid of the swelling and he said no because it is probably hereditary. He said I should not do cosmetic surgery because I am far too young.
A: Eye bags- getting the right treatment at any ageThe dig unitive answer for you is a lower lid blepharoplasty with FAT TRANSPOSITION NOT FAT EXCISION! fat grafting should be added to the procedure as well. Your pronounced bags are the result of superficial fat decent and deep fat herniation. By transposing the deep fat the lid/cheek junction can be smoothed and fat grafting can help blend and create a lifted appearance to your cheek bones. I hope this helps!
You are not too young. You have signs that warrant an intervention.
