I'm 18 years old, 173cm tall and weigh about 63 kilograms. My left breast (B cup) is a full cup size larger than my right. I hate having asymmetrical breasts and really want to have a fat transfer procedure to make the right breast a B cup to match. I'm fairly fit so I'm worried I won't have enough fat to 'harvest'. Also, what would be the cost of this procedure be in Australia? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated! (Oh and I definitely do not want breast implants)
Depending on your expectations you may obtain an excellent result with fat grafting. There is no question in my mind that your left breast size can be achieved with fat grafting to the right breast. I perform fat grafting augmentations on models in Miami that cannot afford to have an artificial lift. Evern thin models have enough extra fat in their circumferential thighs for a subtle but significant augmentation. The most important part of the augmentation for you is the careful release of the inframammary fold on the right. Without releasing the fold you will not obtain an aesthetically sound result. I hope this helps!

i am a small framed caucasian/asian 40 year old. Can I have fat grafting done on my face if I have had a filler Six months ago (hylaronia, I think that is how to spell it) but it has clearly worn off. I really want to have a Brazilian butt lift and have my crows feet and forehead worked on as well. I have been working on increasing my body fat % which is now 19%. I am wondering if I am a candidate for a BBL with no implants and if I would be able to address my face issues at the same time.
The simply answer is yes you can have fat grafting after fillers, and yes BBL can be performed at the same time. I commonly performs laser and BBL treatments in conjunction with fat grafting and fillers. Depending on the depth and severity of your crows feet you may benefit more from a focal Erbium resurfacing or possibly infrared heating with Skintyte II. The best modality depends on your physical findings. It is important to see a plastic surgeon who can evaluate and select the intervention to give you the best results and discuss all surgical and nonsurgical options with you. Facial fat grafting in conjunction with gluteal fat grafting ( Brazilian butt lift) is a good idea but the surgeon must be well versed in both. Harvesting technique should be different for each grafting site. A thin slurry of fat harvested carefully with a very small canula yields the best results in the face while thick fat harvested through larger canulas usually result in the best gains in the gluteal region. I prefer to use a waterjet fat graft harvesting system ( bodyjet by humanmed). This allows minimal to no bruising improved comfort and high quality fat harvest. I hope this helps!

This will be implant #3. Actually my doctor just wants to add fat to my dents on the side. Its been 11 months months since I've had my last chin implant and I'm still a bit numb and uncomfortable. Will I get better? Will this numbness go away. Is fat injections a good idea?
For the reasons you have described I think chin implants are a good idea only for the elderly who cannot tolerate any more then the most minimal procedure. Outside of that situation I NEVER use chin implants because:
They have a never ending chance of migrating
Can temporarily or PERMANENTLY cause numbness and pain
They have a lifelong risk of infection
They ALWAYS erode both the bone underneath and soft tissue above causing progressive deformity that is difficult to fix
The aesthetic goals that can be achieved are extremely limited and one dimensional
Well I could go on but I think that is sufficient to explain why they are a bad choice in general. I usually address augmenting the chin by designing a three dimensional genioplasty to fit the patients face. All factors- hieght width projection and symmetry can be addressed in this way delivering a permanent result with no foreign bodies. Fat grafting can certainly help but will not give the control and options of a genioplasty.
It is very telling that there are few surgeons competent in genioplasty and osteotomy techniques that use implants even though implants are more profitable. I would recommend doing away with the chin implants and using fat or a genioplasty technique if you are indeed an appropriate candidate. I hope this helps
