Do I Have Enough 'Spare Fat' to Have a Fat Transfer Breast Enlargement? (photo)
I'm 18 years old, 173cm tall and weigh about 63 kilograms. My left breast (B cup) is a full cup size larger than my right. I hate having asymmetrical breasts and really want to have a fat transfer procedure to make the right breast a B cup to match. I'm fairly fit so I'm worried I won't have enough fat to 'harvest'. Also, what would be the cost of this procedure be in Australia? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated! (Oh and I definitely do not want breast implants)
A: Yes you have enough fat fr fat transfer to the breast!Depending on your expectations you may obtain an excellent result with fat grafting. There is no question in my mind that your left breast size can be achieved with fat grafting to the right breast. I perform fat grafting augmentations on models in Miami that cannot afford to have an artificial lift. Evern thin models have enough extra fat in their circumferential thighs for a subtle but significant augmentation. The most important part of the augmentation for you is the careful release of the inframammary fold on the right. Without releasing the fold you will not obtain an aesthetically sound result. I hope this helps!

Could Rhinoplasty Restore Symmetry To My Face After Injury To Midface Years Ago.
I was hit in the midface by a baseball bat at the age of 11, and now my midface is growing noticeably asymmetric. The rest of my face looks absolutely normal, but my nasal bones aren't properly aligned above my mouth. Can Rhinoplasty restore natural features and symmetry to my cheeks, forehead, and midface even years after trauma? And which method is generally more effective at nasal reconstruction: Manual Osteotomies, or Powered micro-saw Rhinoplasty?
A: Rhinoplasty and aesthetic facial balancing after midface traumaUsually in cases such as your description, balancing of the midface and sometimes of the chin as well is indicated during the rhinoplasty. In post traumatic cases especially with delayed repair such as yours, it is important to completely release the structural components of the nose and either support them or more likely in your case replace them with a rib cartilage framework. It is unlikely that a rhinoplasty without rib cartilage and intelligent surgical design will result in a clinical success. I would suggest finding a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with advanced craniofacial experience as they will have the skill set to deliver an aesthetically sound result. The remainder of the facial balancing can usually be achieved with well placed fat grafts. I hope this helps!

Is There an Option To Raise Just The Inner Corners During a Brow Lift?
I dislike the angle of my eyebrows. They're lower at the inner corners, and when I relax my forehead make me look angry. I'm young, so this isn't a problem of sagging. Is there any way I can raise only the inner parts of my eyebrows without lifting my entire forehead? I prefer a more smooth/flat/angling downwards kind of look.
A: lifting the inner brow- beware! Brow lifts must respect inner brow position! This is absolutely possible but almost never indicated. most peole benefit from lateral elevation but medial elevation almost always will result in a perplexed or surprised look. you need to be evaluated by a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who is well versed in periorbital aesthetics. Be very careful with making changes to your medial brow as medial brow separation and elevation are difficult to correct.
