I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Roudner and his office. Before finding him, I went to a few of the other popular doctors in the Miami area and none of them felt quite right. However, when I met with Dr. Roudner I instantly knew he was the doctor that I wanted to have do my surgery with, I booked my BA date right that day without any hesitation. I cannot thank Dr. Roudner enough. He was so caring to me in such a comforting way. He never once made me feel uncomfortable or weird. I could keep rambling on forever with good things to say, but I think I have covered most of important points. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed in anything about Dr. Roudner or his office. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself, and Dr. Roudner I truly cannot thank you and your staff enough.

Several friends and clients and then his website. I went to Dr. Roudner after seeing several other top breast plastic surgeons for consultations. I was referred to him by several clients and friends to be the best breast doctor around. What impressed me what his countless amazing before and after photos and his reputation for specializing is basically only breasts and some lipo. Dr. Roudner, or Dr. "Boobner" as some call him is amazingly confident at his craft and as a warning, some may even get offended by his over-confidence and extreme bluntness. He doesn't have a warm/fuzzy bedside manner and if you are looking for a surgeon to hold your hand, this is not the one. I personally wanted the best and didn't care about having a nice guy...just someone who was going to give me the best results. His nurse was very nice and his office is conveniently located. He does most surgeries in the office under general anesthesia and he even has a private entrance/exit for after surgery discretion. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have beautiful a beautiful breasts done by an artist!

Dr. Roudner is not known for his bedside manner. This bothered me at first, but then I realized I came to him for the best plastic surgeon, not for him to be my best friend. Dr. Roudner is truly #1 in BA's and I couldn't have asked for such incredible results. Additionally, his cost is extremely reasonable - I paid $5,000 in Dec 2006 for 330cc saline implants.

I recommend him thoroughly. Hes not the most polite, but hes professional, and he does great work. His staff is awesome. The nurses are all really nice and informative. They answer your questions quickly, even if you call after hours...the doc WILL call you right away. Hes very attentive. Hes also very loyal to his clients. I paid $6,900 the first time, but only paid $1,400 the second time.

Dr. Lenny Roudner is amazing. He can do breast augmentations with his eyes closed-well I don't know about that but seriously he made my horrible-looking breasts look great. His office is convenient-in Coral Gables and his staff is also very friendly. Whoever you choose to go with-do your research!! (although seriously go with Roudner:) FYI-he was also cheaper than my first surgeon was
