My Skin Surface is Very Contracted, Particularly my Hands & Legs. What Are My Options? (photo)

hi i am 26 years old my skin surface is very contracted & blocked particularly my hand & legs. what can i do? i have no bad habit still now. why is my skin contracted. which foods do I need to improve my skin? kindly advise.

A: You need to see a dermatologist

It's difficult to see exactly what is happening from the photo, and I don't think eating a specific food will impact this situation.  You need to see a board certified dermatologist and have a punch biopsy to determine what is going on.

As a Life Long Eczema Sufferer What Can I Do to Bring my Skin Back to a Healthy Glow?

I've suffered with eczema since I was born and over the past four years, it's really gotten to be unbearable. Is there anything I can do to bring my skin back to a healthy glow?

A: eczema

see your derm for topical treatments.  generally steroid preparations, I'm sure you've already done these things. you can also consider IPL, it may not work on the eczema but it's safe and makes almost everyone look good.

Can Crepey Skin Be Permanently Treated?

I'm developing crepey skin on my hands and elbows and front of upper thighs. I've had Radiesse and a fraxel dual treatment on my hands with no improvement in the crepiness or loss of elasticity. Since I don't understand what makes skin crepey, can it be fixed? Is there a permanent solution?

A: Crepy Skin

Crepy skin on the arms and body is very difficult to treat. Be cautious of recommended solutions as most can cause more harm than good.
