Do I Need a Lower Facelift?

I'm 44 and have noticed the oral commissure starting to drop. I have considered filler in this area but I'm not sure which one is better. I've been told that I need a lower facelift to eliminate jowls and tighten my neck, yet another consult told me I just needed filler. I just had a 20% TCA peel done 2 months ago along with IPL, Fraxel and Accent. I see no improvement from any of these modalities. I'm not sure what to think at this point because I'm not sure what I need done. Thank you.

A: Fat grafting to substitute for early facelift

Your face could be significantly improved with fillers or preferably fat grafting which could delay your desire for a facelift for ten years.   A facelift could be justified but you will need aggressive fat grafting even with a facelift to restore aesthetic contours.  I hope this helps!

Best Options for Sagging and Droopy Face?

Hi, I am a 25 year old female, 5'6" about 130lbs and am very upset with the draggy and saggy way my face has begun to droop. I have had a couple of procedures advised to me and I am now kind of confused as to what I'd like.

I would like to get fullness back in my cheeks and take care of my folds around my mouth also the asymmetry by my eyebrows. I have been given the options of fillers and buccal fat removal or a Mid facelift. What should be the better procedure?

A: Correcting of sagging or drooping face with structural fat grafting not surgery in young faces

In my opinion performing any of the procedures that you have suggested will have you well on your way to having an 'operated' or unnatural look that is quite dificult to recover from.  You have a nice wide jaw line and your mid third of the face has a lot of deflation and a little decent.  You are the perfect candidate for full facial structural fat grafting which can really transform your appearance if done appropriately.  You do not have the findings around your eyes that would make a 'mid-face lifting technique' a success.  Fat grafting will restore you beautifully without any scars!  I hope this helps!
