Farber plastic surgery in Boca Raton, FL. Is the place to go for all your cosmedic needs.
Dr.Scott Farber is by far the nicest doctor I have ever encountered and has and a great staff that is very professional and extremely friendly. I had surgery a week ago to have my breast implants removed from when I was much younger and decided not to replace them but, have a breast lift. A friend... more
I have needed a breast lift for a long time, nursing two babies takes its toll. My girlfriend had a BA and they look fantastic. Decided I deserved to do something for me. I have been excited but as the date draws closer, I am feeling a bit nervous.
I am active and the down time concerns me, but I have been assured it will be worth it.
Lift and implant surgery went well. I have been... more
The procedure was great and it was done under local anesthesia which is what I preferred only thing is my right breast since it was smaller it was filled with more saline and is not riding higher than my left one hoping for it to completely go down and even out. It has made great progress incision around the areola only. I am now 4 weeks and developed a reaction to the steri strips and hoping... more

Well, I'm going in for my Breast Lift w/ saline implants & Lipo of the arms tomorrow. I'm super excited. I'm not that nervous since i already know what to expect. Tomorrow will be 14 weeks since i had my Tummy Tuck & Lipo of the back & flanks. It looks great!! My only hang up is size. What do i do. I've always wanted larger, fuller breasts. I am so pleased by the results from this doctor! I have had 2 prior breast augmentation surgeries from another doctor and this by far has been the best result! Perfect and Perfect! The staff is wonderful, the process and the experience has been fabulous and extremely easy. Pain was minimal and my scar lines look super thin and light and its only been a week! He will exceed your expectations! I... more
Dr. LaGrasso seemed like an experienced and seasoned surgeon... Or at least he sold himself that way. I'm a 30 year old mother and in pretty good shape... Overtime and breast feeding my naturally large breasts became saggy and volumless. I had been pondering a lift and augmentation for years. Dr. LaGrasso preformed my surgery in October 2011. After healing my breasts were no only very badly... more
HOLY CRAP- I am not going to sit here and act like I woke up and all was good because all was horrible. The pain the first day was excruciating. The pain meds would taper off after 2 hours and I was miserable! I was contacting my doctor the same day explaining my misery. Day 2 was no better until I got a Xanax in my system which relaxed me and actually made my arms a bit more mobil.
I could not be happier with my experience and my new "perky" breasts. The doctor has been wonderful and so is his staff. I must confess I was not an easy patient. High maintenance is what my husband calls it. But that never mattered. They were always polite, patient, helpful, and accommodating. I am in love with my new body and I am very grateful for what he has done. He took about 7lbs of fat... more
Hi everyone I'm super nervous about this procedure that's why I decided to be on here to see other peoples experiences. July 19 is my scheduled day I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing or not but we will see I honestly think its cuz of my two kids I just don't want anything to happen to me I know I'm a lil nutty thinking that way but I know also that it is normal to feel this way right ?? more
I've (obviously) had tuberous breasts my whole life, which look fine when nipples are up and perky.. but when not.. oh boy.
My main concern would be to 'fix' the shape of my breasts, but while on it.. I'd like to get them a bit bigger too :)
About me; I'm quite petite, 5ft tall and weigh 113lb. Right now around boobs 32in, waist 24in & hips 33in (if that matters any ). I wear bra... more
I am an 'almost' 48 year old, divorced, working mom of one wonderful 16 year old daughter. Like many on this site, breast feeding and age have taken their toll. I have wanted a lift for a long time and am looking forward to that with some augmentation to give me back some semblance of what I had. I am 60 hours and counting to my procedure and have found so much wonderful information on this... more
Removing previous 475cc saline implants and putting in 350cc high profile saline implants. Also getting full anchor lift and capsulotomy! I will post before and after photos! Nervous excited you name it!! Wish me luck! My original BA and crescent lift did not give me the look I wanted.I left out some personal info. I am 47 have 3 children breast fed all. I have never liked the appearance of... more
I initially went to Dr.Pozner for my procedure because a really good friend recommended him to me. She did a procedure with him that was similar to the procedure that I wanted to have done and her results turned out fabulous.
I could not be happier with my results. I have minimal scarring and the healing process went very smoothly. I also did not experience any pain which is such a huge... more
