How to Lose a Double Chin and Neck Flab

I am looking for a non-surgical, long term solution to slim down and tighten my chin and neck. Any ideas?

A: Weight loss followed by surgery are best options to fix double chin

I am not aware of any non-surgical options that would achieve your goals. I would recommend weight loss (to reach your goal weight) following by face and neck lift with tightening of the neck musculature. The neck results are highly dependent not only on your surgeon but on your underlying neck anatomy. A qualified facial plastic surgeon will be able to palpate your neck anatomy and tell you whether you are a good candidate for neck rejuvenation. Surgery will help your neck, the question that your surgeon will answer is by how much.
