I had a fat transfer under my eyes because they were so hollow. Around 7months later, there was an uneven swelling that hardened into uneven lumps. It made me look like I had pouches. The doctor tried to melt the fat with a laser but that didn't work,it swelled up to the results I wanted to have though, but this was only temorary. What options do I have for correcting this?

Sorry to hear about this. Fat grafting beneath the eyes can be tricky since the skin is so thin and so unforgiving. As such, the lumps could potentially represent calcified fat which, most likely, will not improve over time.
Your best best is to consult with your original surgeon and discuss your options. I would also get a second opinion, as well, for peace of mind.
I hope that helps!
I There a Way to Take the Extra Fat out of my Belly and Put It in my Breast?
Fat Grafting to the breasts is becoming a hot topic. Unfortunately, there is probably more hype than science and of all the surgeons performing this procedure, very few are actually qualified to do so.
My recommendation would be to seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Ask him/her their experience and definitely ask to see results!
I have some deformed irregular shaped toes that would probably be fixed with a filler, but I'm not sure if that is a possibility or not.
My initial answer is that I would be very careful with injecting Radiesse into the toes since this product is very viscous and there is little skin laxity in the skin on the toes. If you did have injections, I would go with a product that is less viscous such as Juvederm Ultra XC.
I hope that helps!
