I just had SmartLipo done on July 1st and am happy with the results already. You MUST, MUST, MUST do your research and make sure your doctor is a very good surgeon. Make sure they have many, many, pictures in their portfolio to show you. I cannot emphasize that enough. I have my outer thighs done on 09-24-08. I also have scheduled my arms on 09-30-08. The smartlipo numbing shots was horrible. I wanted that little belly pooch removed. It did get some of the fat off but it looks a little lumpy or something. It has been almost five months so I don't know if this is the result or not. I'm not sure how to describe it, like a tightness and cellutite mix. I hope it smooths out and looks fine. more
I had my abs done about a week ago. The procedure was not painful at all, over in about an hour and a half. Still a little sore, but happy with how it looks. I think what I like the best is the tightening. I'm 46, active, and have had three kids. Not a lot of fat to remove but I did have some extra skin.
