As suggested by the other experts, Latisse does not appear to grow new eyelashes. Instead, it simply enhances the growth of eyelashes that are already there making them longer, thicker, and darker.
I hope that helps!
Some gray subs ther now.
The growth of hair and lashes is actually quite different and so there is no way to guarantee that it will regrow hair. Latisse is thought to work not by stimulating lash growth per se but actually by lengthening the duration that lashes spend in the growth phase. If there is little follicular activity around the bald spot, then it is doubtful that it would be of benefit.
That being said, it wouldn't hurt to try!
I hope that helps.
I had asian double eyelid surgery 1.5 weeks ago and I wanted to know if it was safe to use Latisse after blepharoplasty and how soon I can use it if so. Thank you very much in advance.
I would tend to agree with the other experts in that you should probably wait about a month before using Latisse. Although there are very few issues associated with its use, it may irritate your healing incision line if used too early.
I hope that helps!
