First of all be sure to give it a few months to be sure that the effect of the injection have fully resolved. Although you body may heal it a bit over time typically fat grafting is the best option and likely the most cost effective. It will take many cc's up to an ounce or two of fat to fill the area adequately and any "Filler in a bottle" is going to be expensive and likely not last as long.
Will a partner or myself be able to feel the Buttock implants? Also, which procedure is truly better (minus the obvious benefits of Liposuction in the Brazilian Butt Lift)?
The benifits and long term satisfaction of a Brazilian Butt Lift outweight those of the implant. All buttock implants are palpable and typically become more palpable over time. The fat from a Brazilian lift will remain soft. Donor site volume is typically the only issue with the fat injection so some patients opt for the implant understanding the drawbacks.

Buttock augmentation can be performed using either your own fat or shaped silicone implants. Although fat tends to be rather unpredictable in terms of longevity, I prefer its more natural look and feel. In addition, unused fat can be frozen and used to touch-up and reshape your buttocks at a later date.
