I had upper eyelid surgery a year ago. I have been using Latisse for four months and have gotten great results. My only concern is can the use of Latisse over the long term in any way affect the results of my upper eyelid surgery by making my eyelids sag again or by affecting my eyelid skin? Can Latisse make the eyelids droop? Thank you.
Apple123,
Latisse is a medication that has been prescribed for years as an eyedrop to treat glaucoma. Latisse will not have any adverse effect on the outcome of your eyelid surgery.
I can see that Latisse is working after eight weeks, however, my right eyelashes look even and much longer, but my left do not seem as long and they are uneven with some gaps. Will this even out in the next month or two? -- the difference is noticeable with mascara. Should I stop applying to my right eye or apply less often? I am only eight weeks into the cycle so I don't know if I should just keep going and see what happens. Any advice would be appreciated.
I would try to apply Latisse on the left eye lashes each morning and night , continuing only once a day with the right lashes. You should see then even out - Chances are that only you are able to notice one side a little longer and fuller then the other.
