Very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Picerno Took her time to answer all my questions. I felt very at ease during my whole appointment. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. I would highly Recommend Dr. picerno.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Picerno for 5 years for health and/or cosmetic reasons. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her. She explains everything so thoroughly and listens to what you want...but not without guiding you toward the best way to move forward. Her staff is so wonderful. Kerry, Kimberly, Danelle and everyone else I’ve dealt with there are always so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. How lucky we are to have this office in Denver!

I have been going to Faces First, and in particular, Dr. Picerno for at least 7 years. I have had such great results and feel very confident with her expertise and with everyone in the office. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. The last service I had was Bellafill. For filler, I wouldn't go to anyone else. I always want a natural look, and with the bellafill, I got that as well as knowing that it lasts up to 5 years. I think it is well worth the cost. Dr Picerno takes the time to discuss what you want, and then if she doesn't think you need something, she will tell you. They have the computer visualization software there too so you can see before and after. Great practice!

I really wanted a more youthful appearance. The area under my eyes were looking a bit hollow, so I had filler under my eyes and cheekbone area. The doctor was knowledgeable and very kind. She made me feel very comfortable. I really like my results and I am very happy I did it. I will definitely be back for more and for other services in the future.

I am so glad that I chose Dr. Picerno for my lower face-lift! Of course I was anxious about the procedures and interviewed two other local doctors here in Denver in addition to Dr. P but I have been going to her for injectables for 5+ years and she has always made me feel comfortable, unrushed and truly cared for, not to mention my satisfaction with the outcomes. Dr. P only performs PS on faces so not only does she explain all of your options and outcomes in detail, but she is incredibly skilled, nano-detailed down to every stitch and staple, gentle beyond belief and up-to-date with all the latest techniques. That gave me a great deal of comfort and I actually consulted with her several times over the last two years with questions regarding the procedures and she was so patient every time and went into great detail with regards to my questions and expectations. She explained to me that her techniques provide the least conspicuous and most natural results (i.e. almost invisible scars). I had told only my husband and three friends that I was having the surgery and that wasn't even necessary (well, my husband of course!). I love the smooth jaw line but honestly, it doesn't look like I have had any 'work' done, it is so subtle & natural but so obvious to me! I just look more like myself and it shows in the twinkle of my eyes (not the wrinkles!)! It was important to me that my PS fostered an open, relaxed and happy atmosphere. Dr. P and her staff excel in this area. I felt that my procedures and outcomes were very important to them and they did everything in their power, down to the smallest detail, to make me feel truly cared for - before, during and after surgery! I had very little bruising or swelling afterwards thanks not only to her precision techniques but to the ice-flow machine they recommended and to following her instructions to the 'T'! Be sure to wear the elastic chin support 23+ hours a day for as long as she tells you and to keep your head elevated and the ice flow machine a'flowin'! The pain was surprisingly minimal after that first night, in fact, after I had my post-surgery visit the following day, I only took the pain meds infrequently for two more days. I am female, was 61 at the time of my procedures last year, very active (only took 2 weeks off from working out!) and now my smiles match the way I look and feel! I can't thank Dr. P (and Kerry) enough for all of your care!

Dr. Picerno has the ability to know exactly what you need, I had a face lift years ago and see her once a year for maintenance. The staff at Faces First are friendly and professional. I was told I look rested. Instead of .... Did you get something done? I use many of their facial products and I am please with the results as well as the price, Lots of options for a girl on a budget. Great experience. THE BEST!

I have never been so happy or felt so beautiful! I have been botoxing and getting filler in my lips and cheeks for years. I never felt like the aesthetician (not surgeon ) listened to what to I wanted and I have had it done wrong and left looking unnatural. Dr Picerno and her staff were amazing, she took her time and genuinely listened to what I wanted! I came in for lip filler in June and back for voluma in Aug, I free beautiful and look natural, none of my friends even noticed, that's how subtle it was!!!! I'm thrilled to death!

I had a lower eyelid pinch by Dr. Nicolette Picerno last October. I had come to her after losing a significant amount of weight and had lost some fat in my face which I think resulted in the loose and wrinkled skin under my eyes. The pinch was such a quick and easy procedure and really I feel took years off the look of my face! There was little to no downtime and I love the after results! Dr. Picerno took plenty of time with me and explained the outcomes in detail. During the procedure she again explained everything that she was doing and was always making sure I was comfortable and tolerating the procedure well. Dr. Picerno and Kerry checked on me post procedure just to make sure I was doing ok and if I had any questions. I felt like I was in great hands!

Dr. Picerno did procedure in the office. Care was exceptional. She is attentive, positive. Results are fantastic. Trust her 100%. Procedure was explained and after care excellent. I receive compliments on how rested I look. Took years off without changing the shape of my eyes. Have referred my family and friends to Dr. Picerno.
