I've known since I was 15 that I've wanted this procedure. It was worth every moment of the 18 years that it took me to get here and really, I'm glad in hind-sight that I waited. I know who I am at 33 and I'm not defined by my boobs. I did this for me and no one else, and for that perspective and clarity I am thankful. Having said that, if you're young and getting yours done - good for... more
I'm adding a collection of photos and boobie inspiration to show. I am 5 foot 2 inches 120 lbs and currently and 36 b. I am thinking of getting between 600-750 cc silicon but will discuss more with the doctor. I have had several friends who wish they would have gone bigger and I'm not making that mistake! I am so excited more
I have been so flat chested all Of my life. All my friends grew up and grew boobs. As I got into high school it didn't bother me too much. I just viewed that time as being patient. I would look online and hear stories of girls who were 19 or 20 that all of a sudden grew boobs. Well I'm done waiting. I just want to view myself as beautiful. I don't despite huge playboy boobs, I just... more
I have wanted a BA since I was 15. I finally got the ball rolling this past spring with a consult. Felt great about the doctor and was booked for surgery soon after. I got 800cc smooth round silicone mod prof. under the muscle. I am not a small-framed woman to begin with and while they sound HUGE, they are proportionate to my body. I look like an hour glass now and not a bowling pin! ... more
After breast feeding my two babies, I was left with deflated 34b. Before kids I was a 34D. I am just hoping to get my fullness back. I had my first consult back in Oct. 2013. I am now ready to have my body back:) I'm 5'9, 135lbs, and I enjoy being active. My final consult is tomorrow, and I'm really anxious to pick out my size and type. My first consult, I looked at 400-425cc Mentor smooth... more
I am excited and terrified! My husband I decided that we are going to go forward with the BA. Scheduled for June 16th. I have a 7 year old, 4 1/2 year old, 2 year old and 9 month old. Talked to Dr. about lifting my baby (18 lbs.) and she said not for 5 weeks. Very nervous about that. My husband will take the first week off from work. After that I am hiring babysitters to come help me... more
I was on RealSelf, left it, came back.....plastic surgery is a really difficult decision. Sometimes I think I am better off being unhappy with my natural self versus the "what if" I am unhappy with the unnatural self. My biggest barrier is just saying, Ok, let's do this! I breastfed three children and, like so many other women, am left with basically skin on top of bones. I put my before's... more
I always had A size breasts until I became pregnant. When my breasts enlarged I realized how much I liked having a fuller bust. After my second and last child was born I began seriously considering implants. He is almost four, and knowing was one thing, but the research and scheduling and financing took almost the last two years to complete. Dr. Squires was one of four consultations I had,... more
Hello... I am a very private person. Can't believe I'm doing this. I need some help!!!! I had horrid nightmares last night of actually going through surgery, and then having horrible results. I even woke up frantically touching my boobs, thinking it was real!
Ok so I am in my late 20's... two kids. 5 8" and around 145 lbs. Very into daily exercise, and in pretty good shape. I breast fed them... more
I have wanted big boobs since I was in high school. My mother, who I am almost a carbon copy of (except she is well endowed), kept telling me to wait, mine will come in; well, they never did. When I was home a few months ago, my mom and step-dad so generously offered to make this dream come true! I did my research on plastic surgeons in the Denver area and the obvious choice was Dr. Squires,... more
I'm a week and a half post-op and LOVE the results so far! I was previously a 32A and was hoping to have my breast augmentation take me to a full B or small C simply for a more feminine figure while also balancing an athletic lifestyle. So far, as the swelling diminishes and my recovery progresses, things seem to be perfectly on track. more
My experiences with Dr. Squires and his staff have been nothing but positive. During the initial consultation, I appreciated the honesty involving pricing, payment options, and expectations for my procedure. Dr. Squires and his staff make it a point to call the office with any questions that I may have or any concerns which creates a sense of safety and trust with what to expect from the... more
For as long as I can remember I have been petite and I have been a 32A. I have always had an interest in breast augmentation, but for one reason or another, I haven't done it.
First it was for financial reasons, then it was "how much downtime will I need?"... I am happy to say that I have worked it all out and it's time to fill out my top to better balance my bottom!
My surgery date is... more
At this point, I'm 15 days post-op from having a breast augmentation with Dr. Squires. Many years ago, I was so shy about my breast size that I wore a large sweatshirt everyday (even in the summer) just so I wouldn't get made fun of. I contribute a large part of my extreme social anxiety to having very small breasts. I saved up for years and years for my BA and finally got to the point of... more
I have been a patient of Dr.murphy's for several years. I have seen him for breast augmentation, cool sculpting, Botox and skin care. I am a nurse so I pay very close attention to all of the details in any medical office I go to. Dr. Murphy and his staff have been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring from the minute I stepped foot in the office. The office is clean and has all of... more

I have waited almost 8 months to do this review & I am glad that I waited. First after surgery your breasts are hard, I was thinking they were too big, I was not used to wearing such a large bra & tried a push up on & thought my god! But 8 months later I love my new breasts, they are nice & soft & they fit me well. Those that didn't know what I looked like before don't suspect a boob job at... more
I am so glade I did it, I had a great experience and happy with my result so far. I am still healing from it it only been like 5 days so we'll see..... people always think that I have nice breast because I will the boob shell bra from VS which add 2 cup size, I seriously have no bra that is not from that boob shell line from VS, I was a 34B before my BA I am now a 34D which I am very happy... more

I sincerely regret getting implants, I've never been happy with them. I realize how low and depressed i was when i got them, thought they were the answer. Dislike the feeling of foreign objects in my body. I miss my small breasts! I'm looking at places for explantation now. What a waste of money...live and learn I guess.
Consult tomorrow, can't wait to be one step closer to explant :)... more
