“Disappointed with Silicone Breast...”

Had a pediculed TRAM flap after a mastectomy which failed. Chose TRAM flap because I wanted to use my own tissue. Then had silicone breat implant which looks half the size of the other breast. Will the skin eventually loosen and allow a silicone implant to drop to where it looks more normal? -- Updated on Nov 17, 2009: Will the skin over the implant loosen up in time? more
