I feel like this crease is not feminine and I don't see much people with a deep crease like mine. Is there anyway to get rid of it?
Dear Maria996
Thank you for your questions. This crease is the Mental crease. It is made deeper with the mentalis muscle. There are several ways to soften the crease- with BOTOX, with FILLER, With FAT GRAFT. Your chin projection may be slightly out of balance with your nose - so any procedure should take into account the balance of your facial features.

I used to think that I had a very large nose and needed it to be reduced, but now I clearly see that my lack of a masculine chin and jawline makes me appear very young although I'm 24 years old. I used photoshop to change the image a bit to give an idea of what I want. Obviously it's not perfect, but I am happy on what the possibility could be. Could non-surgical procedures help with my jawline/chin and perhaps stronger cheek bones?
Dear Nikolas
Thank you for your question. Chin shaping can be done with fillers- such as Restylane, Radiesse or Platelet Rich Plasma. They give very nice results and can give you an idea of what can be done with Surgery such as micro fat grafting or a chin implant.

I want to reduce my chin by 1/8 - 3/16 inches. I want to maintain the same basic shape, just make it shorter...but I would narrow it a little bit if necessary to maintain a natural blending with my jaw line. I don't want my face to become U-shaped. Would you recommend burring the chin down or removing a wedge of bone? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? What is the difference in cost?
Hello Violet,
Chin reduction surgery is achieved by a combination of reshaping with a burr and excision of a wedge of bone. The decision of what method to use is based on the amount of bone that needs to be removed and how much reshaping is needed. You may be candidate for both techniques alone or in combination. The results and possible complications should not differ much. Best of luck.
