So my breast reduction is on Monday, and I am starting to REALLY freak out. My biggest fear is throwing up from the anaesthics. I would do ANYTHING not to throw up from this surgery. I'm also terrified of the bruising and swelling that it sure to freak me out at first, and the dressing limitations in the first month. I am a little unsure about what I am going to wear, because my doctor said I... more
Well, like most people on this website, I have had larger breasts than other girls since I was younger, about 12-13 years old and have been considering this for a long time. I always looked up exercises to make my breasts smaller and tried to lose weight to reduce their size, but despite weight lost, the size never changed. I'm 4'11 and 109 lbs, so my chest really does not match my body type... more
I am wife, a mother and a woman who has had chronic back and neck pain. No amount of massage therapy or physio can fix the pain. I usually do two fun raising runs per year: Camp Ooch 10K & Run For Cure 5K. Training for these runs always threw my back out, even a cold, coughs & sneeze is just enough to throw my back out. So today, I feel incredibly lucky to be posting this review and be a... more
First of all thank you all SO much for posting your stories here for the outside world to view. I was really worried about getting this procedure done, and after watching MANY youtube videos, I googled "breast reduction stories" and found this AMAZING site.
After reading peoples stories, I feel like I can relate to each and every one of you with issues of self esteem, weight... more
I had communication via email with a wonderful woman called Julia, she replied to my questions promptly and when it was apparent the procedure I wanted could not be done, she was very kind to forward me to another plastic surgeon. Very nice of her to do this kindness.
I had previously received a breast reduction and my left breast is some what deformed, I reached out to ask if they could fix... more
Large 40H breast not sure final size. Back pain all the time, I am a nurse and this affected my jobs. Constant headaches. Since surgery headaches are gone waiting for backache to leave, hate sleeping on back. Freaked out about healing so far so good. Don't care about scars just complication that would delay healing.
I am now 5 weeks p more
I am very excited but also nervous. Reading your personal accounts have helped me become more informed on which questions to ask next week at my consultation. Im a 19 year old athlete from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I am 5'6 , 125 pounds and a size 1. I am currently a 32DD and I cant take it anymore . The back pain is painful and the discomfort is excruciating. I feel so uncomfortable with myself because of my size . Looking back at my prom pictures , I can clearly see that my size is not proportionate with my body. It pretty much looks... more
I had an excellent surgical experience for breast reduction, with underarm liposuction with Dr. Weinberg at Trillium Q site, 16 months ago. The pre-op details and instructions were well managed in the office. I trusted his exceptional surgical skill and aesthetic judgment and have been rewarded with healthy, softly feminine breasts which are well suited to my frame. My recovery was easy and... more
Hi everyone! I have been looking around here for about a year or so and decided it was time to join.
Just a little background on myself to begin. I'll be 19 in July and have had large breasts since I can remember. I don't think I ever had cute little perky boobs like all my friends, the girls just grew and grew FAST. I'm currently fitted into a I32 bra which is impossible to find in stores and... more
Very excited! I can't wait to welcome the new girls home! A long time coming! My final straw came when I ended up in a neck brace last summer with no logical explanation for severe neck pain and muscle tightness. I came to the conclusion that the girls were trying to take over. On April 3rd, 2014 I will be letting them know that it is I who is in charge!!!
Two pre-op appointments down and... more
I have been large chested my whole life, and came into the financial means to get breast reduction with lift, tummy tuck and lipo (flanks (love handles), and sides of breasts). I chose to go to another province where I am from originally, in a bigger city where there was more choice for surgeons.
I was not nervous at all about the surgery-I'm pretty good with that sort of thing. I am still on... more
I have always been big chested, i started developing at an early age and by 14 i was a D cup. Fast forward to 40 and I'm was now a 32 J or 30 HH cup, with back pain, bruises around my rib cage and awful rashes under my boobs . I really thought that this was my cross to bear but a new girlfriend of mine noticed how small i actually was one day we were at the gym and admitting that she had a... more
I am 32 and for most of mY life I have had big boobs for as long as i can remember. I never thought I would ever get a breast reduction, but I was diagnosed with sciatica approximately two years ago and many physio sessions later the back pain is still severe and starting to affect my right leg. I also have numbness in my right arm...ironically the right boob is the larger one. My doctor... more

I underwent breast reduction with lipo and a tummy tuck October 2012. I did this due to chronic pain and weight loss. I felt that I needed to post my experience as I researched this Dr extensively prior to my consultation and well waiting for my surgery. I was unable to locate any negative information, he is marketed extremely well. I met with Dr Judenburg in Feb 2012 regarding a breast... more
5 days post op, absolutely thrilled with my results already. I had a reduction with lift. After 5 children and having breastfed for years, my large, pendulous breasts needed help.
I went from a 38DD to a lovely natural reduction. I can lose weight and have my breasts remain proportional to my physical shape.
I ended up super sick with a chest infection (unrelated to my surgery). My... more
I am 20 years old just under 5 feet tall and wear a DD, and I decided I am going to get a breast lift. Everyone I know believes I am a little young to be getting a lift now but I think it is the perfect time. I remember in grade 6 all the little boys wanted to be my friend because I seemed to have gone from flat chest to "C cup" over night. While I was developing breast everyone made fun of me... more
I made the decision that it is worth paying for the right care that would hopefully result in a better recovery time (reduced impact for work) and a better end result. I found Dr Brown to be excellent, he instilled confidence in the way he treated me and discussed the surgery. Dr Brown has performed nothing short of a miracle. The recovery time has been great, Tylenol was enough for me. When... more
After years I made up my decision and finally did it last 4 months. From a DD to a C+ I feel relief and it easier to dress up. But I am disapointed. My doctor asked me right before the surgery if he has the choice during the procedure, do I want my breast a little smaller or bigger, no doubt about it : Smaller !!! I expect a B or C. I know they cant be sure, but still...Don't ask then. Plus,... more
