I am 19 years old, 5'2 and 186 lbs. I am still in the beginning stages of weighing out my options. Ideally, I would like to lose weight before I make my final decision (I am currently on a weight loss journey) Although I do think that losing some weight may make a small difference in my breast size, I don't think it will be enough for me to feel comfortable. As of right now, it is already... more
After spending my entire life with breasts that were incredibly disproportionate to the rest of my body, I finally decided to go through with a reduction this year. My initial consultation I found to be extremely overwhelming and basically an overload of information thrown at me in the span of 7 minutes (take note I am under the age of 25, and have never had any form of plastic surgery before)... more

My breasts have always been too large for my frame causing many physical and social problems since about the age of 12....hoping for some relief. My consultation with Dr. Lista: No waiting, he was very friendly but direct and to the point. He seemed to know what he was talking about which put me at ease so I didn't feel the need to ask very many questions (plus I have been stalking this... more
Surgery just under a month from now. It's being covered by OHIP, so thankfully I'm not paying out of pocket for it. Feeling a mixture of trepidation and excitement at the moment.
My experience is much similar to everyone's I've been reading about on here- I developed early and found myself in a D cup by the age of 13 (although now I suspect I would likely have needed an E as I was wearing a... more

I've been having back pain since grade 8 due to my humongous boobs that has ruined my posture and not to mention my confidence. I cant remember the last time that I've ever felt good or "sexy" even from having big boobs. All the girls at work always rave about how much they wish the had my breast but if only they knew that having a hunch back isn't pretty, lol (I'm working on it) I told my... more

I know this sounds vain but Im honestly so afraid of what they're going to look like when they're done! They're nice right now but too large and cause me pain.
I'm also nervous about the recovery. Will I be in excruciating pain or is it more so soreness and uncomfortable? Will I be able to drive a couple days later? I know everyone's different but I'd much rather hear it from the ladies that... more
I wanted to decrease my back discomfort by reducing the size and weight of my breasts. The tummy tuck also aided in improved back support by removing excess skin and tightening fascia/muscles over my enlarged liver. The results of the surgery were more than I could have anticipated. My back feels so much better and I feel more vital. Clothes fit better and I am not constantly hurting from... more
So far I have only talked to my family doctor. I'm hoping to find a surgeon soon and get a referral so I can start the process of approval from OHIP. I have been going through pain in my upper back, shoulders and breasts for quite some time now. I have always been self conscience of my breasts, bras are expensive and finding clothes that fit is a hassle that I try and avoid until necessary.... more
Every morning I wake up with stiff hips, a searing pain through my mid-back, tight shoulders...that's if I'm lucky. Mostly I wake up several times throughout the night from the pain and inability to sleep through it. I have an expensive mattress, a wonderful pillow and raised hips (if that cushion doesn't slip from my knees). What else do I have? Well, big boobs.
Yep, to all those people who... more
After having two children (and breastfeeding both) my breasts just weren't what they used to be. They were also extremely large 36HHH (yes that exsists lol) and had been that way since I was 15 (I went from a B cup to a HHH in one summer). After getting my TT done with Dr. Bray and seeing the results with that procedure I was happy to return to him for my breast reduction. My breasts are... more
I'm 5 f 8 , 190 pounds, and 30 of it I gained since August, when I quited smoking. I need it to be gone before my bs, because I don't want to lose weight after and have long and droopy boobs again. I think that is what would happen.
My breast is hard on my back, and so is 30 additional pounds. But my skin and hair looks much better now when o don't smoke :)

After many years of procrastination...(finding the right doctor, setting aside time, etc...) I finally decided to do something for myself. Researching the procedure's I wanted to have done (Breast reduction and tummy tuck) set in motion the search for a doctor that I felt comfortable with.

I am a transgender male and from day one the staff at Dr. Jugenburg's clinic were exceptional. Reception were lovely and very respectful of me, my situation and my name and gender. Pre-consultation was very simple. Dr. Jugenburg listened to my concerns and then discussed the solution and pricing. It was then left in my hands to make the decision. I decided to move forward and had surgery... more
