Hi everyone!! i have been on realself for about a year now just reading through different reviews, it has really helped me to make up my mind about going through with this procedure.
Right now I am in the process of booking a doctor. Any of the Vancouver ladies out there you may know who ive been looking at: Dr. Alexander Seal and Dr. Richard Warren.
Both surgeons have gotten back to me... more
Small breasts pretty much run in my family. I never really thought much of it until I had one day decided to become healthier and change my lifestyle. Over time, I slowly but surely lost about 35 lbs and now my breasts were pretty much non existent ! I had to wear double push up bras all the time and never left the house without them. I finally decided to get my breast augmentation and now I... more

So I have my date confirmed and getting a bit nervous.
May 5th is the big day and I'm getting 450 cc under the muscle.
I have a 6 year old and an 8 month old and worry about picking him up.
Any tips for me to prep and what to expect?
Does icing really help with swelling after? I'm getting married in July so I'm hoping for a speedy recovery.
I was worried that I might not be... more
I had my BA done by Dr. Pugash on April 20th. I contemplated doing this surgery for years. Now that it's complete I wish that I would've done it earlier. During my consultation, I had many questions and concerns but Dr. Pugash was extremely informative, professional, and caring when addressing my concerns and preparing me for surgery. Also, he took the time to make sure that we had the... more
Growing up I've always been pretty much flat. I had, at the most, a 34A size when I was at my heaviest during high school. Now that I've lost weight, I have nothing. I've never been overly self concious about my boobs even though everyone in high school everyone had already grown their boobs out and wore their cleavage baring shirts. Obviously I would try pushing them up by finding the most... more
Thought about getting procedure for 7 years. Had consult 3 years prior and sat on the fence without committing mostly because of guilt. I finally had the push to do this surgery for ME! I saw a friend's results and decided I wanted to feel as happy as she was. I am so happy with the results and with Dr. WARD and his staff. They made me feel so safe and comfortable. I was confident they would... more
So I am beginning my adventure to Boobendell! (Sorry, only lotr fans will understand that one.)I have such a long long time to wait but I'm so excited, I felt the need to start documenting. I have wanted a ba since I was a teen and never developed. I never thought I would actually go through with it though. My breasts were always perky and nicely shaped so I wasn't too worried about it..... more
I had my breast augmentation exactly one week ago. I loved my breasts my whole life but after having a child, aging and exercising has left my breasts looking deflated. I have been obsessed with this site so thought it was only fair to pay it forward.
Before surgery I was wearing a 32C in VS but visually I was a B cup. Here are my stats:
33 years old
Post - op: 350... more
After years of playing with the idea, events in my life seemed to line up for me to go for it! It had been 7 years since I had my first child, going from a full, perky A cup, to an E cup (nursing - wo hoo!) and then deflating to barely an A cup. My identity wasn't so tied to my bra size that I didn't enjoy my life. On the contrary, every thing was going so well these past 5 years, that it... more
After surgery I expected to have way more pain. I was fully functional in a few days and back in the gym after 6 weeks. Right from the first consultation to the surgery I was nervous but was happy to have it all come together in 4 weeks. I am so happy with the size and type of implant the outcome is perfect. more
I debated for 10+ years whether I should get breast surgery done. Finally the past 3 years I was very serious that I knew that was what I wanted. I did a lot of research on many different surgeons, in and out of BC. And spoke to several of them. When I landed on Dr. Pugash's site, I was very pleased with his work. And booked my consultation. Him and his staff were very pleasant and informative... more
I highly recommend Dr. Gelfant; I could not be more thrilled with the results of my augmentation. From my first consultation, Dr. Gelfant has maintained a high level of warmth and care, honesty, integrity and professionalism as well as superior knowledge and skill in his practice. If anyone in Metro Vancouver, or even further away, is considering this surgery, book a consultation with Dr.... more
I have always had a very athletic body type, and I love it except for having small breasts.
I feel like I never probably developed breast tissue and even though I have worked a lot on accepting my body as is, I struggle to feel feminine and sexy.
I am pretty confident and happy overall, but I am very insecure about my breasts especially when I'm naked. I feel okay when I have a padded bra... more
I chose Dr pugash because I knew several people that had gone to him and had great results. I am at the three month mark now. I am 25 with no kids wanted to get breast augmentation for years and finally decided to go for it. I went with 425 cc high profile silicone under the muscle and couldn't be happier with my results, my only regret is I didn't do it sooner. more
Being small breasted in a generation where you see everyone enhancing themselves was a huge downer on myself esteem. I was feeling guilty to spend the money on myself. But it was time to think of myself!! Dr. Pugash is amazing!! He has the top reviews on all the surgeons in the area! Women travel from out of province to see him!! Dr. Pugash and his staff are amazing! more
Nancy was amazing. She's so profesional and knows her stuff. The only thing is I never got a fitting where I got to see how big they would be and they were bigger than what I thought. She eye balled it. I'm happy with the results but would have liked to have a better undersatnding of the size I was getting. Also she uses a bandage instead of a bra right after surgery and this caused a scare on... more
Hi I'm having my breast augmentation in a month!!!! I'm excited and nervous all at the same time! I have 3 active boys.
The hardest thing for me so far has been trying to decide on the size. I really don't want to be large at all, maybe a full B or small C, I currently don't know my actual size but wear a 32 B and don't quite fill it out.
At first I thought I would go with 275cc and then I... more
I always knew that I wanted to get implants and about a year ago I decided to finally bite the bullet. I wanted them -- I'd prefer to get them while I am still relatively young, so why not now? Also I am getting married in the next two years (haven't chosen a date) and want to have them for the wedding while giving myself plenty of time to heal.
