Does Dairy in a Diet Result in Worse Acne?

I have heard that Dairy products cause acne especially milk and that milk is the worst thing ever for acne. Since then I have stopped consuming dairy products (yogurt, cheese, milk). I wanted to know if it was safe to carry on eating cereal with a little milk every morning. I wanted to know if that was safe or shall i completely cut out milk altogether. PS. I finished a 6 month second course of 20mg of raaccutane in October 2011(my first course was 50mg)

A: acne and milk, acne causes,

Acne is often caused by excess androgens. Androgens are found in milk and hence can exacerbate it. A trial of dairy avoidance is often a good idea.

Is a Second Ultherapy Treatment of Any Benefit?

I'm 35 and had ultherapy done 3 months ago. My results are good. My skin has slightly lifted! I'm thinking I'd like to have yet another Ultherapy treatment 3 months from now (6 months from my original treatment), to bank-up more collagen in my skin. Would having another Ultherapy treatment 6 months after my first treament be of any benefit to me or I'm I just wasting my money.

A: uthera, ultherapy, loose skin, lax skin, skin laxity

Yes, loose skin responds. A second treatment can often augment results. So cam addition of Botox, restylane and fillers.
