TCA Treatment for Keratosis Pilaris? I have bad keratosis pilaris on my upper arms. It's not bumpy--just a lot of very red spots under the top layer of my skin. I used 30% TCA a few days ago, at the moment it's doing nothing. Is it possible that my skin will still start peeling, and is it safe to use it again or should I wait? Is TCA a good solution for keratosis pilaris? If not, do you know what is? Thanks.

A: Keratosis pilaris or KP treatment with KP Pads available for daily application on the arms and thighs

Keratosis pilaris or KP is a chronic condition and can be improved by TCA peels. I would recommend a daily regimen of exfoliation with a combination of KP Pads (brand name) and ammonium lactate. This will help unclog the keratin plugs.

Can a TCA Chemical Peel Get Rid of Under-eye Fine Lines and Blood Vessels? Hi. I would like to get rid of some visible blood vessels and fine lines (pigmentation) that I seem to get even if I mostly keep out of the sun. I am 19 years of age, with very light skin, and I've had laser done to remove these dark lines before. Sadly though, they keep coming back, and I was thinking of getting a TCA Peel. Would it be more effective?

If so, what TCA % would you recommend for fair-skinned individuals. I am confident in your knowledge in this area as well as the suggestions I'd get. Thank u very much.

	“Good Results from TCA 20%” I did this peel at home. I did it only on my chest (decolletage) area, to test it first. It is peeling like it should, with no insane pain or regrets. Listen to your body, it shouldn't kill with pain. Just uncomfortable for 5 min.
