Most often now, fat is not removed from the lower eyelids. We need our fat and the face is like a balloon that deflates. Often injections of Restylane, Radiesse can be done in place of surgery but filling in the naso jugal groove or the hallow. When surgery is done, we reposition the fat into the hollows.
