Ava Shamban offers numerous laser procedures at her Santa Monica facility. The staff is very courteous and sympathetic to each patient's concerns and they will provide you with the most advanced treatments that are available, rather than pushing an outdated laser treatment on you in order to pay their out of pocket costs on buying a laser machine a couple of years ago that is no longer considered viable.

This rating based on my unpleasant experience with Dr Shamban. I went through totally worthless, very painful treatment FOUR TIMES by her recommendation. Top of that Dr Shamban did a traditional CO2 laser peel herself AT THE SAME TIME 2007 even she refused to perform this "the most effective laser peel" for me. I didn't get help for my scars until I walked out of her fancy office and went to see another doctor. Thank god I did it because my result of CO2 peel is amazing. I truly felt Dr Shamban tricked me and took my money for nothing so not cool:(
