Overs or Unders? Which is Best for a Person Who Exercises a Lot?

I know there are more complications with overs. However, I have also read that for an active person unders can be susceptible to muscle distortion. I am active. I walk alot and have just got back into running after a hip injury. I do weights, nothing too heavy but I try to keep it at a challenging weight! I am 21, 60kgs and approx 180cm tall. I am currently a 12B thinking about a 12C or D, high profile, smooth, round implants. I dont mind the fake breast look either but not overly fake!

A: Breast augmentation under or over the muscle

The only time I recommend placing the implants over the muscle is for a body builder with little fat/breast coverage, since when they flex their muscles during a competition, it may push the implant up.

For other patients, going under the muscle makes more sense as there is less chance of rippling, palpabiligy, and most importantly less interference with mammography.  Given that 1 out of seven women in this country develop breast cancer, this is, in my opinion, the most important reason.

Sports After Rinhoplasty ?and Does Result Shows Right After Removing the Cast ?

hello =), So I went to the doctor and he saw my nose,he told me he's gonna define the bridge and reduce a bit from the tip making it a bit higher... and he told me it's going to be closed rihnoplasty. Would i see result right after removing the cast ? because i heard some people say it would be bigger than what expected until almost 3 months . and when can i return to play sports such as : tennis, horseback riding *jumping* , cycling etc..

A: Healing after rhinoplasty

It takes at least 6-12 months before your final result.  Although with closed rhinoplasty, the swelling may resolve quicker. My recommendation is to avoid any strenous activity for the first month, to minimize risk of swelling.

I've Lost 150 and Have had a C-Section, Will that Affect TT Results? (photo)

Was my stomach muscle cut during the C-section and will that affect a positive outcome with the TT? My biggest concern is being happy with the end result, I had a bilateral brachioplasty with the same surgeon last April, and I was thrilled. I am currently 200 pounds, 5'10 but wearing a size 12 even with all the squishy skin,I seem to build muscle easily and have been working my abs I work out 12+ hours a week, and have been maintaining this weight for over 5 months, the scale doesn't budge!

A: Can tummy tuck be performed if I have a c-section scar?

Congratulations! You look stunning!

A C-section scar is not a contra-indication for a tummy tuck.  I would estimate 20-30% of my patients have had some form of lower abdominal scar before their tummy tuck.

Most importantly, it is critical you maintain your weight for at least one year before contemplating surgery.  Also, your nurition must be optimized to ensure adequate healing.  Studies have shown if your Body Mass Index (BMI) is above 30, there is a slightly higher risk of complications after tummy tuck surgery. My recommendation is to bring your BMI under 30.

Good Luck.
