what Fraxel side effects are most common?
Fraxel laser treatments are very safe. I don't know which treatment you are considering. Fraxel is a brand name of fractionated laser treatments. There are both ablative and non-ablative treatments meaning that some ablate (burn off) the outer layer of skin and some don't. Restore is Fraxel's non-ablative treatment and Repair is their ablative laser.
So, what can go wrong? Burns are extremely rare in experienced hands. Special care must be taken in dark skinned individuals to reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation. Individuals who get cold sores should take preventative medicine. The doctor can prescibe this.
My skin has undergone several sessions of peeling both Chemical and yellow. My kin is very dry and a bit sensitive after the long treatment. But I still have acne and chickenpox scars which are in fact very annoying they are mainly on the forehead and temporal areas. Is Fraxel safe for over dry skin? And are there some areas of the face resistant to it?
Fraxel is safe for dry skin. Your doctor can recommend a skin care program to prepare your skin for the treatments. Depending on the color of your skin that may also involve a lightening agent to prevent pigmentation
