Will Half Syringe of Perlane Make a Noticeable Difference, iwas Told I Have Semi Full Lips
It's hard to say without seeing what your lips look like and what you are trying to achieve. Generally Perlane is not the first choice filler for the lips, but you should consult with your board certified surgeon to decide what might be the best option for you.
Hi, I have had my lips injected yesterday and I'm very worried. The centre is not open for another 2 days and I need urgent answers. My upper lip is much bigger then my lower lip and she used perlane. It cost more but she said it works better then restylane. Is this just swelling as my upper lip feels very thick, or is this permanent. I'm very worries as my parents don't know and I'm too scared to confront it. Will this go down ? Please help, refer to image. Please !!!
Swelling in the lips after fillers is normal. While I like using Perlane for the face, I generally prefer to use Restylane or Juvederm for the lips. The swelling will go down and you should contact your injector for additional tips to improve the area.
I was on a cruise.I had perlane-L 1 ml syringe per each side for nasal folds. I was told it would last 2-3 years and 9-12 months for the dysport in my forehead. This seems to differ from information I'm reading on the net. I paid 1600 + 400 for the 2 treatments. The doctor told me she had specific training in the perlane injections and did them in such a way they would last much longer. I'm very happy with the result so far 2 weeks post. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks
Perlane and the hyaluronics typically last 6-12 months. Radiesse lasts longer and Sculptra approximately 3 years.
