He is the only doctor I felt comfortable and knew exactly what I wanted. I knew I had come to the right place for my surgery. I went to numerous doctors in Newport, Beverly Hills among other areas and Dr. P was by far THE BEST. Since I am such a small girl, it was hard for other doctors to decide on the proper procedure for me. Dr. P had me give him details and pictures of what I wanted and he decided on the perfect size for me. I absolutely LOVE my new boobs and I honestly couldn't have been more satisfied inside and out! I feel so perfect and complete! Totally recommend him!! Pros of my experience: Everything! The atmosphere of the office, the caring, kindness, understanding, professionalism and quality of work of the doctor and of course my results! I can not be more satisfied. Cons: NONE. Maybe it being a far drive for me, but that is it.

Dr. P and his girls in the office are amazing! They are all very comforting to talk to and know exactly how to accommodate their clients. During my 1st visit, I was offered to talk privately with other patients that were there & see their results. Making that his normal routine shows confidence in his work, which in turn gave me confidence in him. From that day on I didn't feel nervous one bit, even when I was getting prepped for surgery. I knew I was in good hands. Post-surgery, i received a call every day, for about a week or two, from his office to see how i was feeling and if i had any questions...great follow-up! After doing months of research and seeing multiple doctors in the Southern CA area, my husband and I decided that Dr. P was the one who was going to perform my breast augmentation. After meeting a few of his staff members and him, I was very confident that this was a place that was going to take care of me and what I wanted to accomplish. Not only was the staff more than friendly and informative, so were his patients! I had a chance to meet a handful of post op patients who received breast augmentations as well. They raved about the doctor and how they were cared for. No other doctor I had met with before had this kind of open and honest following of patients willing to share their experiences. It was refreshing and comforting to know that all these patients were so happy with Dr. P that they would bare themselves to a total stranger. Now, being a post op patient of Dr P I totally understand now. I am beyond satisfied with my results. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was going to look like post op, but I feel as though it is perfection!! My family and friends all think that my new breasts are the perfect shape and size for me. Dr. P really took into account my body size/shape, my lifestyle, and my wants and achieved it all! As far as the whole surgery and recovery portion of the process, I couldn’t be more pleased with it. I never felt nervous or anxious (this was my first surgery). I think this is because the doctor is so calm yet confident, you really don’t feel any need to worry. On the drive home from the surgery Dr. P even called me to make sure I was doing OK. After the first day, and the days to follow, I was on constant contact with his office, they were calling all the time to make sure I was doing OK. I was very impressed as to how well they treat their patients even after the surgery. I would recommend anyone and everyone who is interested in plastic surgery to go to Dr. P. In a world of cookie cutter doctors and feeling like a number and not a valued patient, I feel as though Dr. P and his staff take it in the opposite direction. I felt very much like a valued patient where my needs and wants were listened too and taken care of. And on top of that the results were beyond my expectations!!

Dr. P acknowledged my concerns and did an amazing job of revising my breasts. I received expertise and professional treatment from Dr. P and his staff . Dr. P is wonderful. He has certainly met and gone above and beyond my expectations of a qualified plastic surgeon. I wish I could have found Dr. P the first time around.

Dr. P really listened to my concerns about being "natural looking" and being proportional to the rest of my body. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. He really wants to help the patient achieve the results he/she is looking for, and not do a one-size-fits all approach. I had the opportunity to look at photos of former patients and meet a few, and they all achieved the look they were seeking. I also think that he will tell a patient if something is not truly right for them in terms of a procedure or expectations. He wants the patient to be happy with the results and is not one to "push" procedures on a patient if they are not necessarily the best route to take.

Breast Augmentation - I was nervous at first but it all went away on the day of my consultation with Dr. P and his staff. I was immediately comfortable with him and his staff. Dr. P is a down to earth doctor who listens to what you want and he will explain everything you need and want to know. His entire practice is all about the patient. After three previous consultations in the SD area Dr. P was the last I saw and I just knew right away he was the one I wanted to perform my breast augmentation. Working in the health care field I can say from the consultation to post-op I had the best experience a patient could have. The first time I saw my breasts I was in love with them and even though there was swelling they were perfect! The office calls you everyday 2 weeks post-op to ensure you are doing well and if you have any questions that may arise during your recovery. I had surgery 7 weeks ago and now I am out of the SD area so I am able to keep in touch with Dr. P's office via email. If I had to do it all over again Dr. P is my number one choice!

Dr. P finds a way to make each patient feel like the most important part of his day. He has a number of clients, but makes you feel like his only one. Very attentive, patient and informative - and gives you very blunt answers about expectations. My experience was great because I asked a lot of questions and followed every piece of pre/post care advice Dr.P provided. Dr. P's staff was remarkably friendly and attentive to the needs of the patients and potential patients. They are another reason visits to his office are actually an enjoyable experience. You feel like you are with friends that care about you. I look forward to going back after 3 months for photos and will post before/after shots after that visit. If you are truly thinking about lipo, from a male's perspective... give Dr. P a visit. He even gave me a 10% discount on Surgeon's fees out of respect for my military service.

I wanted to update this now that I'm at 8 weeks PO. I have a rather larger opening in my incision. My doctor has been on it immediately. He has always shown concern & compassion to what I have been through. He reassures me that I will heal and that I will still have a fantastic result. And I believe him. He also calls me constantly to check on me - even on a Sunday and also a holiday. He doesn't just want know how my wound is doing or the pain level. He also asks how I'm doing emotionally. I could not ask for a better doctor and feel like I'm in the best hands.

I would recommend Dr. Pousti to everyone who is considering plastic surgery 100%. From the moment I met Dr. Pousti I immediately felt comfortable and after just a few moments of talking to Dr. Pousti I knew he was the one I wanted to perform my breast augmentation. I felt very confident in him. Dr. Pousti took the time to sit down, talk to me and actually looked me in the eyes when I was speaking. He made me feel like I was a real person not just a dollar sign. He was interested in what I was saying and listened. He wanted to know the real reasons why I wanted larger breasts. Both Dr. Pousti and his office staff would never judge you, they truly listen to you. Dr. Pousti did not make me feel rushed, time was not a factor. I liked how the other patients were willing to talk to you about their experience through breast augmentation. No question was "dumb", he is open to hearing any of your concerns and questions. He is also very honest, he's not one of those doctors who tells you want you want to hear, which is the way doctors should be. The day of my surgery I was very very nervous, but Dr. Pousti made me feel so comfortable and at ease. He took the time to understand exactly want I wanted my breasts to look like after surgery. Dr. Pousti took the time to talk to me before going under general anesthesia and even held my hand. Overall, my new breasts are AMAZING, they are EXACLTY what I wanted. I have a small frame and Dr. Pousti gave me the large breasts I have always wanted. Dr. Pousti meets with you at your follow up appointments and takes the time to listen to any concerns you are having. Every time I step into the office and especially on the day of surgery he made me feel like I was his most importance patient. During the consultation, they allow you to meet and chat with real patients who happen to be in the office for check ups, and Dr. Pousti goes above and beyond to assure any and all questions are satisfied. His demeanor immediately put me at ease and made me feel confident and comfortable in his ability to get me the result I was looking for. He educated me on what he felt was the best option for the look I was trying to achieve, but most importantly, he took the time to explain WHY. Despite his level of experience, he was never patronizing nor haughty, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and informed every single step of the way. I left my consultation knowing I had found the right doctor for me, and actually didn’t even bother going to any other consultations. I booked my surgery the very next day (after running it by the husband) and had my surgery approximately 3 weeks later. The surgery itself went seamlessly and my recovery was great with the exception of the anesthesia making me sick, but that is a problem I have always dealt with, and has no bearing on Dr. Pousti. I had my surgery on a Thursday and was back at work the following Monday without issue. Since my surgery, Dr. Pousti and his office have been very attentive in the frequency of follow up calls and visits to ensure proper healing, and they encourage you to call with any questions or concerns that arise between visits. I am now currently 3 months post-op with silicone gels under the muscle. Overall, I am not only thrilled with the aesthetic results, but also the sincerity and care that has been shown to me through the process. Dr. Pousti and his office are genuine, knowledgeable, and professional and I would highly recommend them (and already have!) to anyone. A huge “thank you” to Dr. Pousti and his entire staff!

Since the minute I walked into their office I felt welcomed and cared for. The Pousti girls are totally friendly and ALWAYS in a good mood. I was kind of nervous about meeting Dr. Pousti as I had a few bad experiences consulting with OTHER plastic surgeons prior to meeting Dr. Pousti. Well let me tell you.... as soon as he walked in the room, I noticed there was something different about him. He wasn't talking to me like I was a patient, he was talking to me like I was a friend. I had done a lot of research online and finally found Dr. Pousti. Thank God for that!!!! By the end of my first visit, i felt like he was a good ol' friend of mine. All the staff were helpful and made me feel at ease. I felt like he really cared about me and made sure he knew exactly what i wanted. Also I felt really special because they even squeezed me in early! I think they could see how excited and antsy i was to have the surgery and get it over with, so i only had to wait a week! I wish i would have done this sooner! Im tellin ya, dont keep putting it off! I was always too embarrassed to even make the phone call... SO glad i finally did. The girls from the office called to check up on me numerous times for the first couple weeks which i thought was really nice. I would add some stars if I could! Dr. Pousti is an exceptionally talented Doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients! My decision to get BA was years in the making... Nursing three babies took it's toll on my body and I was increasingly distraught with the shape and appearance of my breasts.. It made me uncomfortable both in and out of clothes. After doing a lot of research, gathering every ounce of courage in me, I called Dr Pousti's office and was pleasantly surprised that they accommodated me right away. I highly recommend Dr. Pousti and his amazing staff if you are considering breast augmentation. I was extremely comfortable with him. My husband accompanied me to all my consultation appointments. He also found Dr. Pousti very friendly and knowledgeable. What I liked about Dr. Pousti was that he never pushed me into either saline or silicone where other doctors I consulted with wanted me to do silicone. They kept putting down saline saying it was not very natural and I wouldn't like it at all. Of course, silicone costs a little more, so I didn't feel comfortable with their "salesy" approach. On the other hand, Dr. Pousti answered all my questions. During the consultation, he even let me MEET his patients that just had surgery! This was very powerful for me since it showed he had a lot of confidence in his work. I was also referred by a friend of mine who had work done with him, as did her other friends. No doubt, I was still scared of surgery, but I joined a site called justbreastimplants.com and got to talk to many women who were in the same boat as myself getting ready to get breast implants. This made me feel even more comfortable with my decision. I still believe that if you are considering breast augmentation, please talk to a lot of surgeons first, but also consider Dr. Pousti. No question was off limits and we covered them all. At no point did he seem annoyed or pressed for time. He is very sweet and has a great bed side manner. He even arranged for another patient to let me see her results 6 weeks post-op. I had brought in a couple pictures of breasts I liked and he took the time to look at them, discuss what was different, the same and what attracted me to both. Dr. Pousti does a very cool thing that no other plastic surgeon seems to do- he has you make a collage of boobs. One of my biggest concerns was how he managed expectations of his patients (making sure I had a realistic expectation of what I’d look like and vice-versa how I convey to him what I want). Rather than talk cc’s or cup sizes- he asks you to make a collage of breasts that you both like and hate. He goes through the collage with you discussing what it is about each picture that is good or bad. This was wonderful. I’m in law school and I was very concerned about not having my boobs arrive in a room before I do. No offense to anyone reading this but I really needed to make sure I could be respected in a court room and not look like a stripper. Dr. Pousti really made me feel that he was hearing me and understood my wants and concerns. Another big concern for me was the health and safety risks- he discussed both saline and silicone with me and recommended a few studies recently released by the FDA. I appreciated his candor and honesty and in the end, I felt very comfortable with the very low risk. After our appointment with Doctor Pousti, my husband and I went to see another plastic surgeon. He did my friends breast augmentation and they looked amazing. To keep from getting confused let’s call this doctor Dr. X. My husband and I arrived at Dr. X’s office and one of the assistants took us back to a room. She had me put on a cotton bra (the kind from VS) and then stuff it with different implants. This was how they determined what size I would get. It was very difficult to tell and I ended up guessing at a 400cc. By the time Dr. X himself came in it had already been determined that I would get silicone gel at 400cc. Dr. X answered a few questions I had but not with the same thoroughness and patience that Dr. Pousti had. He probably spent 10 minutes with me. I brought the same two pictures to this appointment- Dr. X never even looked at them. It just felt like I was on an assembly line. (* I call this Doctor ‘Dr. X’ because I’m sure he’s a great doctor and some people may like his style- it just wasn’t for me) After that I canceled all my other appointments and scheduled the surgery with Dr. Pousti. The day of the surgery was great. Dr. Pousti reconfirmed what was important to me in my results and then took me into the operating room. I have had surgery before and the scariest part for me is when you’re on the table waiting for them to put you under. Dr. Pousti held my hand and started having a conversation with me. No counting backwards, just a calm conversation while he held my hand. I remember exchanging one comment and then I was waking up in the recovery room. Like I said- Bed side manner: AMAZING. The recovery is rough… very rough. But after day 4 it starts looking up. Dr. Pousti and his staff called my husband every day to make sure everything was going well.

Before surgery, my questions were answered honestly and Dr. Pousti really listened to what I wanted. He provided me with information, photos, and his personal suggestion of what would best fit my body type. Right away, I was impressed by Dr. Pousti's professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. The more I talked with Dr. Pousti and his staff about surgery, had my questions answered, talked with other patients, read the reviews about Dr. Pousti and his high credentials, and saw actual photos of his work as a surgeon, I knew his knowledge and skills as a surgeon matched the professionalism of his bedside manner. Let me start by saying that i would recommend this doctor to anyone and i already have. Before my experience with Dr.Pousti, i'd had three previous unsatisfided breast augmentation experiences, with three different doctors in my area. Dr. Pousti listened intently to my concerns, and addressed every issue with patience and understanding. As for my results he not only gave me the size i had been trying to achieve for the past ten years, but was also able to correct mistakes that past doctors had made with postioning. Dr. Pousti exceeded my expectations with the outcome of my surgery and i am so grateful to him, and the nurses that made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I gave Dr. Pousti's bedside manner a 4 because during the initial consultation, though I felt he was being honest and realistic about my expectations, when I came for my pre-op appointment, it seemed as though he was trying to lower my expectations a bit. I am realist and I don't expect magic and I realize there have probably been clients with unrealistic expectations, and so he was treating me the same way he would treat them. This didn't bother me very much, which is why I gave 4 stars, but my husband was a little unnerved by it. Otherwise, Dr. Pousti is very friendly and relaxed, yet professional. There was never a doubt in my mind that he wouldn't do his best to give me the result I was asking for, but I was taking a little bit of a risk in my request since I really needed a lift with my Breast Aug., but was trying to avoid it by going with larger implant. Dr. Pousti merely made it known that he didn't know how many cc's he would be able to safely fit until he was in surgery and there was a risk that if he couldn't fit a large enough implant, that I could end up with sub-par results. I appreciated his candor and trusted him to do his best; which he absolutely did and way exceeded my expectations during the surgery. As for answering my questions, he has always answered mine and my husband's thoroughly and his staff is very knowledgeable as well. For the after-care follow-up, I have received calls from his office almost daily for the first 2 weeks after the surgery to make sure I was ok and my two post-op visits have gone very smoothly as well. I realize Dr. Pousti's time is valuable, but he has always taken time to answer my questions and I have never felt that he was in any hurry to get to the next appointment or anything like that. When he was in the room, his focus was entirely on me. I have emailed the office on several occasions and they have always gotten back to me very quickly with the needed answers and every one is very friendly on the phone. Customer Service is very good. As I mentioned before, his staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are also never in a hurry and are always able to answer my questions. My husband and I paid cash for the surgery so we made the down payment over the phone by credit card and then brought a cashier's check at the pre-op for the remainder of the payment. The entire process was very simple. The first two visits my husband and I made to Dr. Pousti's La Mesa office, we ended up waiting 30-45 minutes after our appointment time. The first visit was our initial consultation and they don't have a sign-in sheet like many doctor's offices and it felt like they forgot about us after we checked in. Many other people were helped before us that had arrived after us. The second visit we made was for my pre-op appointment and I do not remember ever being asked to arrive a few minutes early in order to fill out paperwork, so we arrived about 10 minutes before our appointment, but it took me about 20 minutes to fill out all the forms and then many other people arrived after us and they were all helped before we were. I have not experienced this since. For both of my post-op appointments, we arrived early and were taken back early; so much so that we were leaving before our original appointment times. Based on what I have seen, I believe the two bad waiting experiences my husband and I had, are the exception to the rule and things usually run more smoothly.

I would recommend Dr. Pousti to everyone who is considering plastic surgery 100%. From the moment I met Dr. Pousti I immediately felt comfortable and after just a few moments of talking to Dr. Pousti I knew he was the one I wanted to perform my breast augmentation. I felt very confident in him. Dr. Pousti took the time to sit down, talk to me and actually looked me in the eyes when I was speaking. He made me feel like I was a real person not just a dollar sign. He was interested in what I was saying and listened. He wanted to know the real reasons why I wanted larger breasts. Both Dr. Pousti and his office staff would never judge you, they truly listen to you. Dr. Pousti did not make me feel rushed, time was not a factor. I liked how the other patients were willing to talk to you about their experience through breast augmentation. No question was "dumb", he is open to hearing any of your concerns and questions. He is also very honest, he's not one of those doctors who tells you want you want to hear, which is the way doctors should be. The day of my surgery I was very very nervous, but Dr. Pousti made me feel so comfortable and at ease. He took the time to understand exactly want I wanted my breasts to look like after surgery. Dr. Pousti took the time to talk to me before going under general anesthesia and even held my hand. Overall, my new breasts are AMAZING, they are EXACLTY what I wanted. I have a small frame and Dr. Pousti gave me the large breasts I have always wanted. Dr. Pousti meets with you at your follow up appointments and takes the time to listen to any concerns you are having. Every time I step into the office and especially on the day of surgery he made me feel like I was his most importance patient. I found Dr. Pousti through a friend of a friend.. and three of them went to Dr. Pousti. I waited about a year before deciding to use him. I researched other Surgeons and some were good at implants but they were horrible at lifts. I actually saw some before and after photos where it did not look like the woman got surgery done. However, Dr. Pousti’s pictures looked beautiful and you can see a huge difference. Dr. Pousti’s staff is amazing, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with!! Vanessa helped me with all my questions when I scheduled my consultation… she was able to visualize what I wanted and gave me great ideas. The costumer service I received from Dr.Pousti was outstanding! I chose Dr.Pousti because 2 of my friends had gotten their breasts done by him and nothing but positive things to say about the experience. After about two years of thinking of having my breasts done, I decided to visit Dr.Pousti, where two of my friends had their breasts done and gave him great reviews. During my consultation, Dr.Pousti and his staff made me feel very comfortable and not pressured. After talking with Dr.Pousti I felt very comfortable in going forward with my decision and getting my breast augmentation. I scheduled the appointment for a month later and the morning of my surgery at Alvarado Hospital I started to feel very nervous and started to re-think my decision. The nurse I had that morning was great though because she was very calming and then when I talked to Dr. Pousti, it took away my nerves and I was excited. The staff at Dr.Pousti office was great calling me every day just to make sure that everything was going good. Dear Dr. Pousti and staff: I would like to thank Dr. Pousti and his staff so much for all that they have done and continue to do for me even though my surgery is over. While I was researching and looking around for the best surgeon that could perform my surgery, I kept coming back to Dr. Pousti. I was impressed with the extremely large amount of positive comments that were on many websites. Fact is, honestly in all of the many reviews that I read through, I did not come across even one negative comment. Also, his own personal website was amazing and filled with so much information about any surgery that you could possibly think of. Once I went in for my first appointment, I knew for sure, no question that I wanted Dr. Pousti to perform my surgery. Dr. Pousti, from the very first appointment made me feel beyond comfortable. He and his staff explained everything and answered any question that I had, and I had many. I had such a negative experience due to a very bad surgery in the past, and felt very very anxious. Dr. Pousti took so much time to help my husband and me to feel as stressed free and relaxed as possible. This amazing Dr. and his staff has called me everyday since my pre-op appointment just to check in on me, making sure that everything was ok and to rest any worries that we may have had as they knew that I was extra anxious. Since my surgery, they have continued calling and checking in on me to make sure that all was well. They even called on both Saturday and Sunday. From my first appointment until today, which is a week today since my surgery, Dr. Pousti and his staff have just gone above and beyond what they needed to do; way more than I have ever experienced from any other doctor’s office. If Dr. Pousti and his staff were not enough, the Surgery Center where he preforms his surgeries is absolutely top of the line. Again we were astonished and amazed at the treatment that we received there. Dr. Pousti shared with them my concerns, and the staff from the Surgery Center went above and beyond what they needed to assure me and help make sure I was comfortable. They called me the night before and listened to my concerns. The next day they were perfectly punctual, and everything went according to schedule. Dr. Pousti and the staff from the Surgery Center were there by my side the whole time. They even held my hand as I drifted off to sleep. My husband and I will always be thankful and blessed that we found Dr. Pousti to perform my surgery, and we would not hesitate for even one second to refer anyone who is looking for a plastic surgeon to Dr. Pousti. He is truly a one of a kind Dr. with a one of a kind staff. We searched form many other doctors, and Dr. Pousti was like night and day compared to the others that we visited. We are absolutely sure that anyone who does choose him will be extremely satisfied, thankful, and blessed. I had all my questions answered and his staff was very informative and professional. When the day finally came, I was sooooooo nervous but all the staff was very comforting. Dr. Pousti held my hand until I was put to sleep. I struggled a little with the recovery but Pousti and his staff were calling a checking in with me every day! I was back to full duty at work within a month and even played in a softball tourney 6 weeks postop! Pousti was very attentive with what I wanted. After having full term twins my body had paid the price with a fully stretched out tummy and saggy breasts. I am now 11 months post surgery and loving my new body. I happened to find several positive reviews about him which persuade me to go in for a consultation with him :) Since the first day I met his staff and Dr. Pousti they were very attentive and knowledgeable about the procedure I was doing. They all have great attitudes and made me feel very comfortable after the fact I was very scared to do breast augmentation. Everyone from his intermediate staff to the surgery department were great people that made me feel welcomed, comfortable and happy. Because Doctor Pousti is perfection! He was reccommended to me by a friend. My experience with Doctor Pousti falls nothing short of incredible. From my first consult to follow up appointments, him and his staff were completely accommodating, kind, and friendly. There was no pressure to rush a surgery date or schedule it any sooner than I was ready to do so. The entire process was clear and concise, which added to my comfort and ease with the procedure. I had no qualms or worries with Pousti or his staff; it was the genuine care for me that they all had that blew me away. They were able to educate me on my situation and expectations. Where should I start? Dr. Pousti is a hero! He corrected a deformity another doctor caused from a previous surgery. I first learned about Dr. Pousti through my friend. She told me she had done extensive research into the procedure and the doctors, and she chose Dr. Pousti. Her results were amazing. She raved about the care and attention she received. That's when I decided to call and make an appointment. I took my aunt that day for support and to get her opinion. When we left the office, I turned to my aunt and asked her what she thought. She did not have a single negative comment. In fact, she really liked Dr. Pousti. It was great. I called back two days later and scheduled my surgery. My overall experience from the first appointment to my five-week post-op has given me the results I hoped for. I apologize if this sounds like an exaggeration, and no one paid me to say this, but the reviews I read on every other surgeon paled in comparison to the rave reviews on Dr. Pousti by former patients, and believe me, his work almost seemed too good to be true. It turns out that I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Pousti was everything I was looking for in choosing the right surgeon, and more. When I finally went in for my first consultation after reading all of the reviews on him, it was like I was meeting a movie star! Not only that, but he had a wonderful sense of humor, was very understanding, patient, and ensured that I knew exactly what I wanted and that I wanted the procedure done for the right reasons. I informed him that my intent was for my breasts to be proportional to my body, noticeably larger, and with a bit of emphasis on cleavage, as I had none to start with, but at the same time I wanted a natural look. I appreciate that Dr. Pousti was very honest with me about the possibility of attaining those results, based on the characteristics of my body. He said, “Above all, we need to be realistic,” as far as the outcome of the results, which was a very accurate statement. The resulting size and appearance of my breasts would be what Dr. Pousti referred to as “Keep them guessing,” which I thought sounded great, since actual cup size, I learned, is only really determined once you start shopping for new bras, and the size of the implants is not measured by cup size. I was then introduced by one of the many wonderful ladies of Dr. Pousti's staff to a patient soon to be undergoing the surgery, who wanted to ask me questions about the procedure and recovery. The fact that Dr. Pousti encourages current patients to give in-person testimonials to future patients really shows his confidence in his work, which I believe is very important when choosing a surgeon. Dr. Pousti truly is an artist, and I am extremely satisfied with my results so far, even after 1 week. I would like to take this opportunity to mention how fantastic and kind Dr. Pousti and his staff have been to me, all the way from first consultation to surgery, and even now, while I still receive daily phone calls from their office to check up on me and ask how I am feeling. In the process of researching this procedure, I interacted with another plastic surgeon on this website. I will not name him specifically-but he claims to be an earlobe repair specialist through mass publicity. Do not be fooled. He tried to quote me almost as high as $5500 for this procedure at one point. They tried to negotiate it down to $5200 but I said no way. Did I mention they also said the procedure would be 5 hours with only local, no sedation. Are you crazy? So! I researched further, and found Dr. Pousti! Although he was a little bit of a drive, I conversed with his office over quotes and instantly felt better about his abilities to perform this procedure. Dr. Pousti was not only 50% cheaper, He was 100% BETTER. Period. His medical credentials were more respectable, as was his demeanor and operation. The surgery was performed under local and Xanax and was a breeze. The surgery suite was immaculately clean and the staff couldn't have been anymore friendly and professional. It's been about 2.5 weeks since the surgery and I am blown away by the results. Dr. Pousti made my earlobes look pristine. Outstanding. I don't think any surgeon could have performed a better job.

I have to admit, as much as I like the doctor, I didn't really get to spend too much time with him. Plus his staff was not very on the ball. There was confusion as to when my follow up appointment would be (one lady told me the day after, another told me 2days later, and today I was told it wouldn't be until Monday). Also, I was told at my pre-op appointment that my schedule was at 8:15am only to receive a call the day before surgery from the surgery center telling me that my surgery wasn't until 11am. Never heard a word from the doctor's office, thank god the surgery center people confirmed the time.

Testimonial: I came across Dr Pousti following poor augmentation surgery in the UK. After contacting numerous surgeons throughout Europe, without success, I furthered my search to the USA. A friend refferred me to Dr. Pousti, and I loved her results. After looking at his website, and all of his other reviews on other websites, I knew he was a great surgeon. After meeting him, I knew he'd be my surgeon. I couldn't begin to imagine a better experience with my breast augmentation. I felt so comfortable the minute I walked into Dr. Pousti's Murrieta office, all the girls there talked to me like a friend and when I met Dr. Pousti, I knew he was going to be my surgeon. His confidence made me sure my results were going to be great. Right before I was going to be sedated, Dr. Pousti and his nurse held my hand which definitely put me at ease. After the surgery, they made sure I was comfortable, and the hour drive back home was a breeze! I received a phone call everyday, just to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I was never under any pain, only discomfort at times. After about a week I was able to be out and about, while taking it easy of course. It has been a little over 2 months since my surgery and my results are amazing! I could not be any more thankful to Dr. Pousti for giving me this new confidence. He is definitely a wonderful surgeon.

I'm giving this rating because, before I had my procedure with Dr Pousti, I had contemplated for a few years about whether I wanted to get breast implants or not. I had small breast but they were cute but I always wanted them to be bigger but they wouldn't grow. One day I was talking to a friend, and she told me she had went through Dr Pousti and recommended him to me so I had my consultation with Dr Pousti, he and his whole staff are amazing and make you feel very comfortable, that day I deiced that I was going to get breast implants. It honestly was thee best decision that I've ever made and totally worth the money! Dr Pousti gave me exactly what I wanted, from the type of implant to the size, to the shape, to the closeness of the breasts. They look fantastic and I'm so happy that I went through Dr. Pousti. Not only is he a genius surgeon but also very caring, very respectful, and very attentive towards his patients. My experience with him was definitely amazing…it was easy breezy! He is definitely one of a kind! There are a lot of doctors/plastic surgeons who are in it just for the money; they don’t really care about their patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual values, but Dr. Pousti is different. He does really care about his patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual beings. He treats his patients as a whole…he makes sure that his patients are going to be happy and satisfied with the care he is providing them. And for me, that’s what makes him a very wonderful doctor/plastic surgeon. There are a lot of doctors out there who are genius but they don’t have hearts. He is sincere, honest, and kind. He will do his very best to make you comfortable, happy, and satisfied. He will educate you about the pros and cons, and he will spend time with you until all your questions or concerns are answered. He is not going to leave you behind. They always call me to remind me of my check ups so I dont have to worry. They are amazing!!!!! I called Dr, Pousti’s office immediately and tried to cancel my appointment. The staff member was so kind with me and said she would cancel it if I wanted but asked me to do her a favor and come in and talk to Dr. Posuti one more time just in case he could clear up any questions for me. Though reluctant, I went in and not only Dr. Pousti, but also the girls all talked to me and tried to calm my nerves. Dr. Pousti took the time to sit me and answer the same questions and never once made me feel dumb for being so terrified. He was not pushy either and actually told me to think about it a little longer. Everyone was being so supportive, including my family that I felt I could do this. After some prayer time, right there in the office, with my grandma, I said, “lets do this!” knowing that God would give me courage and Dr. Pousti and his team would be the best to do the job. Dr. Pousti was so kind during the next week before the surgery. He even had the anesthesiologist call me and answer any questions I had. She was so kind. She called me about 5 times that weekend, her days off, trying to contact me to ease my nerves. Her kindness to do this made me know I was going to be with a team that really cared about their patients. Dr. Pousti also called me to check up on me and continue to encourage me to be brave. I know I must have been so annoying but he never lost his patience and kindness with me. The surgery center staff was also really nice. Every nurse was aware that I was nervous and did all they could to keep me distracted and calm. The scrub nurse was the sweetest, telling me she would hold my hand while I went under. Her and Dr. Pousti smiled at me as I went to sleep. I thank God so much for allowing me to wake up and I thank Him for sending me to the best possible, kindest, most compassionate and intelligent doctor and staff to help mommy feel more feminine and confident in her looks. On my first visit with Dr Pousti he was not only incredibly comforting and knowledgeable but he actually pointed out a small issue that was overlooked by all other surgeons I had met with. The other thing that convinced me I was in the right place was that he is not just focused on, "What size do you want?" or "How many cc's?", he wants to know what look you want, the fullness, what shape, and most importantly what looks best on your body. He and his staff do everything they can to make you and your family as comfortable and ready as possible for surgery. My motivation for the surgery was to have larger breasts. Dr Pousti came highly recommended by a few acquaintances that I know. From the first meeting, I knew I was going to use him, he makes you feel as if you are the only patient he has and spends time explaining and answering any questions you may have. He calms you at surgery and is there every step after. I did have a complication the day after surgery, I had some bleeding and bruising on my right breast. I understood that things can happen with surgery that are not in our control but Dr Pousti always showed care and concern. He saw me on a weekly basis and between visits either one of his staff girls would call or he would call to check up on me. He was available for me to call if I had any concerns come up. I have never met a doctor that was so accessible even though he has several other patients. He explained what was happening and told me what to do to heal the right side and I followed all of his directions. Throughout everything he remained calm and professional.My right side is now healing and I will NOT have to go back in the operating room to correct it. Even though I had a minor complication, it does not change the fact that Dr Pousti is a great surgeon. I am healing wonderfully and my breasts look amazing, and I recommend friends all the time to Dr Pousti. I can not thank him enough for what he has done!

I used to work in a medical spa in La Jolla where I had the opportunity many times to choose one of the doctors we worked with there but I still didn't feel sure about my choice until I met Dr. Pousti. I finally began looking for Drs in my area and after a few searches I found Dr Pousti. I made my consult and I knew he was the one. His staff was awesome and he was great at answering all my questions. I ended up calling back a few weeks later to schedule my surgery. I am now 2 weeks post op and I could not be happier. The week before surgery Dr P called me himself to check on me and see if I had last minute questions as well as his staff called the day before. The day of surgery it was hard to be nervous because all the staff at the surgery center made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Since the surgery his staff has called every day to check on me and see if I have had any questions. All in all I had to best experience and I would tell anyone he is the Dr to go to. All my appointments have been great. Him and his staff are very professional and caring. Oh and I am extremely happy with my results. I ended up choosing Dr Pousti because after my very first interaction with him. He was very easy to talk to, he listened to my goals and how I wanted to reach them. He also gave me questions to think about that I had not thought of. From the beginning he seemed to be an objective advocate to my goals and was very understanding about my personal concerns of scarring. I also appreciated that he had on his website a tab for reference for "African American" patients. It was very difficult in my search to find many images posted of African American outcomes. It was nice to see that he included this information on his website. He also had availiable patients who were willing to share thier personal breast reduction experience with me. I found this to be very helpful because I was able to ask specific questions about thier experience and if they would have done anything differently. Last, but not least, Dr. Pousti has the very best team of professional people working with him. His staff is warm, caring and you can tell that they love what they do and they enjoy working for Dr Pousti. Thats important to me because that speaks to the character of the Dr.,...in my opinion.

Hands down Dr. Pousti is amazing. Between Dr. Pousti and his girls I have never felt more comfortable, educated, and so sure of something. I had had a few bad experiences at consultations with other surgeons that belittled me and made me feel as if it was a waste of my time being there! I met with a few other surgeons before I met with Dr. Pousti. I was referred to Dr. Pousti from my close friends who had a breast augmentation with him too. I decided to meet with Dr. Pousti because of the large amount of before and after pictures and how good the after pictures were in comparison to the before. I was stunned! I spent hours and hours researching him and looking at all the pictures. I finally scheduled my consultation for early May 2012 (now age 23). The moment I walked into his office, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was very nice and genuine. I talked to one of the girls who asked what I wanted, how big, the look etc. They showed me an informative video and more before and after pictures before meeting Dr. Pousti for the first time. Finally 15-20 minutes later I got to meet the famous Dr. Pousti. I relaxed the moment he walked in. He was calm, kind, caring, and very professional. He took his time to answer all my questions whereas the other surgeons I met with were all in a rush to get to the next patient. I spent about 2 hours there for my first consultation and before it even ended I had made a decision...Dr. Pousti was the one! I went in for surgery on JuIy 19th and went home same day. The surgery staff was equally nice and welcoming. They helped me laugh and relax telling me how hot I was going to look in a few hours. After surgery Dr. Pousti and his staff called me every day to see how I was doing, I totally was not expecting this. They truly do go above and beyond. I am ecstatic with my results and I know if ever need to go back (maybe after I have kids) I will definitely go to Dr. Pousti. Dr. Pousti is not only a great physician but is also very personable and has good energy about him. The same applies to all the nice ladies who work in his practice. After my breast augmentation, Margie was always there for me with any questions I had. It has been five years since I had my breast surgery and I am very happy with my results. I found him on the internet. His website, yelp, realself, vitals, and healthgrades I can honestly say as a physician AND patient, Dr. Tom Pousti has won me over. I had my consult yesterday and was more than pleased with the experience. First he is double board certified in surgery and plastics. He has had 15 years experience with cosmetic surgery. He has worked with his scrub nurse and anesthesiologist for over 10 years in the same hospital (this is key - decreasing variables has been shown to increase success rate). He is married with 5 children (again the decrease of variable factors - i.e. his social life is stable). His staff is exceptional as well. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Not only did she address my concerns about the risks of the procedure, she conveyed my message to Dr. Pousti regarding my husband's hesitancy. I have been with my husband for almost 20 years and he prefers I do not have surgery. Dr. Pousti stated he has had many patients with similar spousal concerns and recommended he meet with my husband and I before making any decisions. This was a huge relief for me because it demonstrated Dr. Pousti and his staff understand my husband's concerns and ultimately realize I need my spouse's support. I was looking for a great surgeon to perform my breast augmentation, after having two children they just were not the way they were supposed to be. As soon as I met him, I know he is the right surgeon for me. He let me talk with one week post-surgery patient on my first visit. He took his time to answer all my questions and pay attention to what I want. He explained pros and cons of saline and silicone implants. I had breast lift with 400CC saline implants and extended tummy tuck. The first day was rough but the pain got bearable day after day. As long as you take pain killer on time, it is not that bad. On the 5th day, I went shopping with the walker already. He called me every day to check on me and he gave me flowers on my follow up visit. He is so kind. I never thought that I would be curvy again. Now, I have flat tummy, no extra skin and such a beautiful breasts as I was 18 yrs old and it is only two weeks post-surgery. Originally during all my google searches Dr. Pousti a San Diego based surgeon would pop up a lot. His work was breathtaking to me. He was truly an artist, he could take any boobs and make them amazing. But, I was in LA and he was in San Diego, so I tried to find someone as good as him in LA first. I took some photos of his I liked to consultations with many surgeons here in LA. Their work just couldn't compare. Not only that, but they were charging outrageous prices for very bad results. I was disappointed, how could there be so many bad surgeons in the plastic capital of the USA? I finally decided that even though it would be a hassle I could only get my boobs done by Dr. Pousti. I drove out to San Diego for a consultation and it felt right! I met patients of his in his office and they were comfortable with me feeling their boobs so I would know what implants felt like (no LA surgeons did this!!). It was amazing I really wanted to know what a fake boob felt like and it felt nice! I googled plastic surgeons in San Diego and Dr. Pousti was one of the first to come up. After researching other surgeon's websites, I was eased by the fact that Dr. Pousti had hundreds of pre/post pictures on his site. Much more than the other surgeons. This made me feel like he had nothing to hide, and was proud of all of his work. Very important to see the surgeons work!! I again scheduled consultations with three doctors, one of whom was Dr. Pousti. I again went in with the mind set that if I had any reservations, I would not go through with it. Yet my experience at Dr. Pousti's office was wonderful. I had the opportunity to speak with staff and other patients, and Dr. Pousti made an effort to learn about me and my desires with no pressure put on me whatsoever. Dr. Pousti went above and beyond to lift and perfect my post baby breasts. He was kind, attentive, and completely involved through every step of the process. I see he has a passion for his work and takes great pride in enhancing his patients' inner beauty with their outer beauty. I chose Dr. Pousti because I felt he would dedicate 110% to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with my results. I'm extremely happy I trusted my gut. Please, please, please, if you are considering having breast augmentation for the first time or for a revision, see Dr.Pousti. As a RN, I did a lot of research on breast aug before having it done and unfortunately still had 2 surgeries I was unhappy with before I finally meet Dr. Pousti. I was not looking forward to having another surgery and was scared of the fact that I might do this once again and be unhappy with the results. My previous surgeons had me believing my goals were unattainable and I felt very lost, and lets not forget to mention the amount of money I had put into these boobies and was not happy with them! So, as you can imagine, I was quite skeptical when I first consulted with Dr. Pousti and grilled him numerous times with my many, many questions and concerns. He and his staff were great though. Not only were they super warm and welcoming but all my quesions and concerns were answered and by the end of the consult I walked out knowing I was making the right decsion to have my 3rd breast aug surgery. It has now been 1 week since my surgery and already I am so happy with the results. The day of surgery he does a great job making you feel calm and less nervous about everything. I felt like I was in good hands with him and thankfully I was. My breasts are back to looking amazing just like before and you cant even tell I just had to redo my right one. I would highly recommend Dr.Pousti to any one thinking about getting cosmetic surgery. I knew several people that have had breast augmentation surgery by Dr. Pousti and also got to meet him and his staff through one of his patients a couple years ago. They are very professional and his staff is amazing! Dr Pousti is so nice and friendly, he makes you feel very comfortable and completely answers all your questions and supplies you with resources to help you make decisions on your surgery. My experience in his surgery center was great! The nurses are all wonderful (my favorite part was the nice warm air filled blanket they put over me). Dr. Pousti called me that evening after my surgery and his staff called me every day for 2 weeks after surgery checking on me and seeing if I had any questions or needs. Dr. Pousti was originally recommended by a friend local to his office, but his picctures of results speak for themselves. After speaking over the phone dozens of times (literally), I made the trip to CA where it was clear he was the right choice! He is highly educated and experienced in his field, yet open to discussion and willing to really listen to the goals of his patients. Dr. Pousti acknowledged the difficulty of my situation and welcomed the challenge! He worked with me to answer questions, address concerns and give me clear, yet optimistic expectations. As an out of state patient, we were in contact daily via phone and he always made me a priority. As a self-educated patient he discussed my case with me as a peer, respecting my questions and giving me his honest and professional opinion. Finally Dr. Pousti and his staff always made accommodations for me to meet with him when I could be in town. Dr. Pousti completed my surgery in Aug. 2012 (in 1 procedure!), on short notice so that I could return home to be a part of my daughter's first day of school! The surgery went perfectly and I was at Disneyland with my family 4 days post-op! Dr. Pousti and his staff were, and continue to be extremely attentive during my recovery with frequent phone calls and check-ins. My only regret is not having gone to Dr. Pousti from the very beginning! Regardless of where you live or what your needs are, you owe it to yourself to call and talk to Dr. Pousti! Well what can I say......ANOTHER ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB DONE BY AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING DOCTOR!!! I cannot rave enough about Dr. Pousti. He is not only an incredibly skilled and talented surgeon, but he is such a warm, friendly, caring, honest person as well. I had my fare share of consultations with numerous plastic surgeons over the past 5 years when I first decided that breast augmentation was something that I was interested in pursuing. And all of the surgeons that I met shared one major similarity; they truly did not care about me or my well being, but rather the profit that they were going to make off of my surgery. It was like I was just another number on their books. When my husband and I met Dr. Pousti in summer of 2011 we were amazed by how we were treated by him and his staff. He was so professional, and knowledgeable, thorough, and warm and friendly. We knew right away that we had found the right surgeon to fix me! I can be a huge pain in the butt sometimes......asking a ton of questions and taking a lot of time with my appointments. Let me say first, this is a doctor who wants his office to run well and cares about his patients compfort and opinins. Dr. Pousti asks for payment 3 weeks before the procedure. I did not have a problem here as I knew trhe date of the procedure. Where the appointment setter fell down was not beign able to give me an exact time of my surgery. I had to follow up to get this sorted out. I told Dr. P about this problem and he said this was not to his liking and would follow up. Much to my surprise on my next visit, he did tell me he spoke to a staff member about the issue, and held my name in confidence. Where do you find a doctor who not only cares enough to listen to a complaint, but follows up with the patient! Dr. Pousti is the kind of doctor you hope to find. The main reason you feel comfortable is his manner; you get the feeling that he is listening to every word you say and is really interested in a positive outcome. Also, in a society of "perfect" women every where you look he makes you feel very special.

I found Dr. Pousti by doing research on expert surgeons in the field of XL breast augmentation. He had high reviews and great pictures of previous surgeries. My first visit to Dr. Pousti's office was great. His staff were very friendly, helpful, and sweet. Dr. Pousti is a very articulate, intelligent man who doesn't shy away from doing XL Breasts, which is why I chose to use him as my surgeon. No contest - he is the greatest! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pousti. I found Dr. Pousti's website and was surprised at all the photos you could browse on breast revision. All his patients had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Pousti. Women would come from all over the world to get their self confidence back. I felt like so many of his patients, where I wanted to have larger breast, but was always told I couldn't go any larger and that I should have them reduced. I am very pleased that I found Dr. Pousti. I was going to go to a different doctor in La Jolla because several friends recommended her. But when I went to her site I was not impressed with the pictures. Many of the BA's showed an implant outline and I think that looks terrible. I looked at 3 other doctors sites and Dr. Pousti's results looked the best and most natural. Dr Pousti was recommended to me by a co-worker. She had surgery almost 10 years ago and could not say enough wonderful things about him and his staff. When I went to meet with them for my consultation I had the opportunity to meet 3 other ladies who had similar procedures. The office staff were wonderful, spent time getting to know me and answered questions. When Dr. Pousti came in he was relaxed, respectful and genuinely interested in me as a person. I met with another doctor and did not receive the same quality of consultation. Dr. Pousti's website answered almost all of my questions. His many books with thank you cards from past patients and pictures of before and after results answered the rest. I am very blessed to be able to have him as my surgeon.Updated on 28 Jan 2013:My doctor, Tom Pousti called me and visited me multiple times throughout my post surgery recovery. Every day I have heard from him or his wonderful staff, especially Daisy just to check in and see how I am feeling. No question is too small and they always make you know that you are important to them. Day one I was thinking it's too much pain but Dr. Pousti quickly let me know that it was fine to take another pain pill to manage that pain and after that the frequency of the pain died down and became quite manageable. Communication between my care giver and myself with the doctor has been wonderful and never have I been left wondering if I can or should do something. Overall day's 4 and 5 have been great. Day 1 - 3 were more challenging but manageable. If you can survive the changes to your body those days you will make it through with flying colors. My continued advise, don't try and do college homework while on medications (LOL) your mind does not function the same. Make sure that anything important that needs to be done is completed before surgery. Most important, pick the best doctor and staff. Kelso and all the nurses who took care of me were awesome. If any of you are thinking of who should I have for a doctor, he is your man. I can't believe how personal he gets with his patients. It's not just the wonderful people at the office calling to check on you but your own doctor as well. Today is officially 1 week post op and I am feeling better for sure. I can move around but have to be careful and take it more easy. I am not lifting heavy things but that's because my best friend continually reminds me that I want to look wonderful and not have any relapses. Have someone who is honest and can put up with a little bit of loopyness with you (drugs will do that) and will still love you when you are done. Remember, at least 2 weeks before driving. While researching online, I came across Dr. Tom Pousti. His website was very educational, included pictures, testimonials and other resources. He is a board certified surgeon with excellent reviews and practices in my hometown of San Diego so I scheduled my consultation right away. As soon as I met Dr. Pousti, I knew I found the perfect doc. He is a gifted surgeon with a kind heart and a fun, friendly personality. The staff is very caring and supportive, the thought of surgery is very scary for me but everyone made me feel so comfortable right away. Dr. Pousti was very informative; he addressed all of my questions and concerns, I even got to speak with other patients and see their results in person.

Superior experience all around. I had actually looked at Dr. Pousti's website before this had happened and was very impressed with what I saw. I read all the wonderful reviews from past patients and knew this was the doctor to see. So, as soon as I noticed my deflation I called his office to see if I could get an appointment the following day. The staff was wonderful and understanding of my situation, they made sure I had an appointment the following day. As soon as I met Dr. Pousti I felt at ease with my situation. Not only is he very professional, but also very personable. Dr. Pousti himself even called me over the weekend to see how I was doing. I had been following Dr. Pousti's work though his Web page for a few years. Out of all the plastic surgeons, Dr. Pousti had the most "Before and After" pictures of actual patients, which allowed me to gauge his surgical performance from a distance. Other surgeons only post a handful of pictures, and to me this made me question their surgical consistency for positive results. Another thing I noticed was how active Dr. Pousti was online in various plastic surgery message boards and forums. He has posted a lot of answers to questions regarding various plastic surgery procedures. I read several of his answers, and felt assured Dr. Pousti keeps current with the latest surgical techniques. The first thing I noticed about Dr. Pousti's practice is how hard everyone works. Dr. Pousti is not the only one working hard. The ladies in his office work hard as well. It was no surprise to me that I was able to schedule my surgical procedure and appointments with such ease all the way from Japan. Flying in from another country is beyond stressful in itself, and Pousti's staff made sure I did not have any additional stress. They instantly offered to work with what ever minimal time my schedule allowed for, and they were extremely empathetic. After my procedure I received a phone call daily. Every step of this entire process has been made easy for me. Dr. Pousti's practice sets an example of how every medical practice should perform. Since this is my third plastic surgery experience, I can speak from experience when I say Dr. Pousti is different from other surgeons; he is truly special. If I ever need to have another procedure done in the future, I will definitely be seeking Dr. Pousti's services again. Surgically, Pousti executes his plans exactly as he describes during consultation. My past surgeons made verbal claims, but never could follow through 100% with their surgical performance. Dr. Pousti is very honest with his intentions and his surgical capabilities. I wish more surgeons were more honest with themselves and their surgical capabilities. With Dr. Pousti you will not have this problem. He also has an extremely sweet personality, and is very easy to talk to. I cannot think of anything negative to say about Pousti or his staff. Dr. Pousti was recommended by a friend. Loved everything about him and his staff. I would highly recommend him to others! I can't say enough about Dr. Pousti and his staff. They truly care about you and make you feel so important and special. Dr. Pousti is one of a kind. He won't recommend something that is unreasonable just to get money from you. I kept trying to get him to do lipo on my abdomen, but because he knew that there wouldn't be a great outcome, he wouldn't do it. I respect him for that, because most other doctors wouldn't care and would just do it anyway. The nurses prepping me for surgery were awesome and made me feel so comfortable, and less nervous. Post surgery, I received calls everyday for about a week either from Dr. Pousti, himself, or the office staff to check on me. What a great touch! Looking for provider that was experienced with over sized implants. Researched many providers. Dr. Pousti over exceeds the level of stars of only 5...I would rate much higher. Every part of the process was exceptional. Safety is always his primary concern. His staff is amazing and always calls you right back, call for follow up as well. After considerable research and speaking with several surgeons, I got the best impression from Dr. Pousti, with regards to intricate knowledge of the procedure and willingness to spend time addressing my very specific questions and concerns on the telephone. Everyone at the office was very nice to me and very cheerful. The doctor was very pleasant as well. The only thing I didn't like was all the paperwork, which I really wish they would have sent to me beforehand, because I was very tired from the trip and really didn't want to have to spend 30 minutes filling out so much paperwork.

This was my first plastic surgery experience and I had no idea what to expect going in except hopefully bigger boobs. I was referred to Dr. Pousti by a friend of friend who recently got Breast Augmentation through him. Its been two weeks since my surgery and I am Very Happy not only with the results but with my overall experience. The staff at Dr. Pousti's office are so nice and helpful. They have made me feel so comfortable since day 1 at my first consultation and have been consistent throughout. Not only are they nice but they are also very informative! Any questions you have, they are there to help :) On the day of surgery I was really nervous and Dr. Pousti and his nurses did everything they could to comfort me. I feel horrible for not remembering the nurse's name that went into surgery with me but she was Fantastic! Super funny and she made my husband and I laugh and feel really comfortable. I flew to San Diego form Iowa to see him, the surgery was quick, and I had great care the entire time. The staff at the office was fun, nice and very caring. I had a friend in the Navy who also enjoyed her experience with Dr.Pousti. I came to him and he was the perfect doctor to trust. He exceeded all my expectations as ar as surgery and comfortability. I would go back to him if I felt any thing else on my body needed work and I would suggest him before any one else! When I saw the results during my follow up visit, I was extremely PLEASED. Dr. Pousti achieved my goals to a T. I have no idea how he did it! I love how I naturally fit into my clothes and the fact that no one can tell I had a breast augmentation. But underneath, they're VERY nice, even, and full and look awesome in a bikini and lingerie. I started my surgical journey but having consultations with a few surgeons that sent off every red flag in my head. So I began my search anew by consulting the American Society for Plastic Surgeons website. Every time I saw a picture I like, it was by Dr. Pousti and I just KNEW he was my surgeon. (Ladies, they say when you find THE wedding dress you cry and and jump up and down with joy. The same thing happened to me when I found Dr. Pousti. I immediately booked a consultation and was then overwhelmed by his staff, as well as Dr. Pousti himself. You are a REAL person to everyone, your concerns and questions are valid. You feel taken care of to the greatest extent possible. You feel like you're family. All of these things put me at ease, which is NOT an easy task. I' am a super right-brained, type A personality who does not trust easily, and my BS detector is something I trust implicitly. Bearing all that in mind, I can completely let go and leave everything to Dr. Pousti and his AMAZING staff. No question is too much, no detail is overlooked.
