Q: How can I avoid getting over-filled or fake-looking breast implants?

In order to avoid the fake look, you need to be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon to perform your surgery. It is very important that you and your surgeon have a full understanding of the look you would like to achieve. I suggest bringing in pictures of what you like and what you do not like that way your surgeon cangive you the natural look you like. I recommend placing the implant submuscularly to give you a natural look as well.
